I went in for a trade-in lease from a 2007 Legacy GT (Bill Kolb) to a 2009 Legacy GT (Ramsey). It was smooth working with Andrew Quinn at first, when he was selling me the car. We finally agreed on a pr (Bill Kolb) to a 2009 Legacy GT (Ramsey). It was smooth working with Andrew Quinn at first, when he was selling me the car. We finally agreed on a price and both understood that the car would take a couple of weeks since it is not a high demand model. I was told that I did not need to extend my lease with my 2007 Legacy by Josh (false). Well, after a delay with shipping my car and my keys not being delivered with my vehicle, I finally received my car a month later (good thing I extended my lease). This may not have been their fault, so I was still understanding at this point. I was told since I am a NY resident buying in NJ that transfer of plates was not possible (false). Andrew gave me my plates from my 2007 Legacy and told me to surrender the plates to the NY DMV, so I did expecting to get new plates and registration from NY. Ramsey Subaru TRANSFERRED my old registration to my new vehicle (my old plates have been surrendered at this point) and still charged me $100 for title and registration. So now I have a vehicle with an expired temporary sticker in my window and, no registered vehicle. When I called to have Ramsey fix the situation, they played ignorance and told me to go to the DMV and solve it myself (now I'm mad). For their lack of communication, I have to remedy my situation which they caused. Well it took me two attempts on two vacation days, with no help from Ramsey. I attempted to get a refund of my $100 for title and registration but that was like pulling teeth! Remember: they have given me an old registration with no plates, effectively giving me NOTHING! To this day I still have only received $50 of the $100 refund Andrew promised me personally. Needless to say, I take my car to Bill Kolb Subaru. Even though I have a free service coupon at Ramsey, Bill Kolb's service department is much more professional. I also flushed Ramsey's recommendation vouchers down the toilet since I won't be using them. More

We told him our best deal and gave him the chance to do better. He earned our business and got us into a new 2010 Forester. WE LOVE IT! We saved money and got a new year vehicle. We spent no more than one hour at the dealer doing paperwork. There were no surprises and we enjoyed buying this car. I will be back with other vehicle needs in the future. We have given this dealer an outstanding rating due to their outstanding business ethic. More
We had a great experience at this dealership, despite some badmouthing by their competitors. It was one of the few dealerships that responded to my internet inquiry. We also showed up about 15 minutes p some badmouthing by their competitors. It was one of the few dealerships that responded to my internet inquiry. We also showed up about 15 minutes prior to closing, with kids, but the sales rep was accomodating and spent a considerable amount of time with us (well past closing time) even though we did not end up purchasing that night. After comparison shopping we ended up back at Ramsey. They honored the price they committed to the first night. I dreaded having to car shop but Brian made it easy and pleasant. More
I had been very excited when I saw the 2008 Subaru WRX for sale on the dealer's website. I was also very excited about the trade-in policy which states "Get the highest market evaluation possible for you for sale on the dealer's website. I was also very excited about the trade-in policy which states "Get the highest market evaluation possible for your vehicle, plus $1500 over book value!!". This is VERY misleading!! This was part of the reason I drove an hour from the Hudson Valley in New York to go to the dealer! Come to find out, the $1500 over the market evaluation was only for a very "select few" vehicles, and they had to be in "perfect condition" to receive the $1500 over market evaluation. Fine, no big deal, I have a 10 year old Jeep, and after being told this, I could accept it. But what really got me, was when they came back $1050 UNDER highest market evaluation!! Now, I understand that there should have been something subtracted for some cosmetic problems, but not $1050 worth. The vehicle was meticulously maintained, and the dealer was told that I had all the maintenance records dating back to 1999 when I purchased the vehicle. They would not budge on the price of the trade-in. Now the great "deal" they were offering on the 2008 WRX, well turns out that isn't much of a deal either. I visited galves.com (which is what I believe the dealer uses, and the salesman mistakenly gave me "Gallup" which didn't turn up anything on my web search). Galves.com rated the vehicle at the market ready value at $1500 UNDER the asking price. Again, the dealer was unwillling to negotiate the price. When I attempted to negotiate, the salesman took a very defensive stance, and became very unfriendly. I would NOT RECOMMEND this dealer!! Shop around!! There are better deals out there with friendlier salespeople!! More
Gave good price, nice to work with, went out of the way to give us some "extras." Honest people, didn't try to sell us something that we did not want. They beat the prices in the area (other dealers said to give us some "extras." Honest people, didn't try to sell us something that we did not want. Overall who likes buying a car ? I never have well I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience at Ramsey Subaru. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Since teh day I picked up ove wanted to say that I had an amazing experience at Ramsey Subaru. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure I was happy. Since teh day I picked up over two weeks ago I have recived a phone call from the salesperson Brian, The manager Josh called to make sure everything was ok and even the Service manager Stephon called to ask how my experience was and to welcome me to the service dept. Not to mention they take care of your first service free. I went to other delers that just had nothing good to say about ramsey and the other competiteors and I think its just sheer jealously. Ramsey Subaru far exceeded my expectations, and by the way I got a great deal! I will be buying from here again and I will be sending a ton of people because they have a program that rewards that. OVERALL BEST CAR EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN! More
I shopped around for a Subaru outback for several weeks. Ramsey had the widest selection (by far). Alex, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and professional. He made the process easy for me and my wife Ramsey had the widest selection (by far). Alex, my salesperson, was extremely helpful and professional. He made the process easy for me and my wife. Jerry, the person who worked on the car financing, was also great to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
When I totaled my old Honda in December 07, I found that Honda no longer sells the kind of cars I like. Subaru was my first choice after that. I met with Alex Petrusion that day and drove home in brand ne Honda no longer sells the kind of cars I like. Subaru was my first choice after that. I met with Alex Petrusion that day and drove home in brand new 2008 WRX, Despite the fact that I typicaly suffer tremendous "buyers remorse" Alex helped me decide and helped me feel good about my decision, at no time was I pressured, and I never felt that disconnect that you get from salesmen, after they make the sale, My experience with that car was very good, and my experience with the Ramsey Subaru service department was outstanding, thanks to Al Cisneros, who kept on making sure I was satisfied. Still, when the 2009 WRX became available I was very interested, I spoke to Alex Petrushin, and he made me a great offer on a trade in, In fact, after I accepted and we shook on it, Alex was still comming make with more Ideas on how he would sweeten the deal. Im looking forward to a long relationship with Ramsey Subaru, and will certainly be talking to Alex when Im ready for my next car. Cant say when that will be, the cars are supposed to be extreemly dependable, and they maintain them for you like nobodys business, A loaner car has always been available when I needed it. And everyone is always polite and concerned. Im a real Subie fan now, directly because of the efforts of that team, The 2009 WRX? wow what a machine, go get one today from Ramsey Subaru, tell them Mitch sent you. More
