The purchase of my 2010 Legacy was a wonderful expierence. I had been to two other dealers prior to my visit to Ramsey Dealership. I have now had my car for 4 days and love how the vehicle rides. The motor and CVT are very smooth. Also, thanks to Josh Jacobson, the General Sales Manger, and Jerry Didomenico, the Business Mgr. I would recommend Ramsey Dealership and my salesman Shane to anyone I know interested in a car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Everyone from the sales person to the finance gentleman to the sales manager were exceptionally helpful and friendly. All of my paperwork was processed quickly and everything was explained before I signed to the sales manager were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I received a good finance rate and was very happy with what they gave me for my trade-in. I called with a couple questions after I took the car home and Brian was always very quick to return my calls and answered all my questions. I went to this dealer to test drive low-mileage, certified 2009 Foresters. Brian was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and had answers for all of my questions. Jeff explained the warranty options and made a couple of very good suggestions. They worked seamlessly with my insurance agent and helped me with the out-of-state (NY) registration. I usually don't like car shopping at all, but the guys at Ramsey Subaru, especially Shane, made it an excellent experience. No haggling at all and no hidden costs. He even called me to let me know that I overpaid on my car registration, so they can credit my credit card. They had all colors and versions of the Forester, where every other dealership had only specific colors available and wouldn't even call me back to answer my questions. Shane and Andy are regular, honest guys who made me feel very comfortable at the dealership. I was surprised that it only took a few minutes to buy the car, where I envisioned having to spend two to three hours. I was definitely confident that I was treated especially well and got a great, fair price. I absolutely recommend Shane at Ramsey Subaru, if you want a fun, no-stress car-buying experience. More

I went in for a trade-in lease from a 2007 Legacy GT (Bill Kolb) to a 2009 Legacy GT (Ramsey). It was smooth working with Andrew Quinn at first, when he was selling me the car. We finally agreed on a pr (Bill Kolb) to a 2009 Legacy GT (Ramsey). It was smooth working with Andrew Quinn at first, when he was selling me the car. We finally agreed on a price and both understood that the car would take a couple of weeks since it is not a high demand model. I was told that I did not need to extend my lease with my 2007 Legacy by Josh (false). Well, after a delay with shipping my car and my keys not being delivered with my vehicle, I finally received my car a month later (good thing I extended my lease). This may not have been their fault, so I was still understanding at this point. I was told since I am a NY resident buying in NJ that transfer of plates was not possible (false). Andrew gave me my plates from my 2007 Legacy and told me to surrender the plates to the NY DMV, so I did expecting to get new plates and registration from NY. Ramsey Subaru TRANSFERRED my old registration to my new vehicle (my old plates have been surrendered at this point) and still charged me $100 for title and registration. So now I have a vehicle with an expired temporary sticker in my window and, no registered vehicle. When I called to have Ramsey fix the situation, they played ignorance and told me to go to the DMV and solve it myself (now I'm mad). For their lack of communication, I have to remedy my situation which they caused. Well it took me two attempts on two vacation days, with no help from Ramsey. I attempted to get a refund of my $100 for title and registration but that was like pulling teeth! Remember: they have given me an old registration with no plates, effectively giving me NOTHING! To this day I still have only received $50 of the $100 refund Andrew promised me personally. Needless to say, I take my car to Bill Kolb Subaru. Even though I have a free service coupon at Ramsey, Bill Kolb's service department is much more professional. I also flushed Ramsey's recommendation vouchers down the toilet since I won't be using them. More
