Your recollection of this is completely false. We extended a courtesy to your father for working in the business. We tried our very best to get your car here as promised. You decided to surrender your plates to DMV not us. I apologize, we sent you a check for 50.00 which we were not obligated to do. You called our place of business with the FOULEST mouth we have ever heard. We did like you asked we transfered you registration and you surrendered your plates. That is not our fault. Again I apologize, for what, I dont know. Ramsey Subaru

I distinctly remember NO ONE wanted to lift a finger to help in any of my situations. If you yourself and staff were knowledgeable, you would have communicated that transferring my plates is possible and conveyed that the tranferring was in process.(This was not done) Your sales rep instructed me to return the plates so that I would be properly insured, and not insured for two cars. It's all about your sales Josh! No customer satisfaction/respect afterwards? You have my money, this is my experience with your dealership. I'm just removing the smoke and mirrors. It is possible your recollection is false, or non-existent, since you helped in NO way! So stop sending me service reminders in the mail. I go to Bill Kolb Subaru now. They appreciate their customers even after the sale.
