The dealership was clean and respectful of Covid safety procedures. The sales manager, Alex, was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The test drive was thorough enough for me to get a feel for driving my new vehicle. He spent a LOT of time explaining and demonstrating the features and functions of the vehicle in great detail. He was careful to impress upon us how to use the features safely as well. He was clear, professional, and had deep knowledge of the vehicle's operations.
