I had been to a few Subaru dealerships in the area and this was by far the best for service. I had done most of my homework on the web, and was working with my insurance buying service. Some places don't want to deal with a woman, but I have bought the last 6 new and used cars that we have owned over the years for myself, my husband and the kids. Purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback via web sales department. Checked Consumer Reports, used their online pricing service, and was directed to Ramsey Subaru. Did not speak with or see any salesperson until I picked up the delivered vehicle. Was told the specific model I ordered (out of the ordinary set of options) would take 2 weeks to four months to be delivered. Had to wait four months, but was given updates via e mail and answers to my questions via e mail that were straightforward and transparent. Price was outstanding, better than any competing Subaru dealer in 50 mile radius. Delivery experience was very positive; vehicle was ready and paperwork processing was straightforward. No hard sell for options I did not need. More
My air pressure light has been on since day one. I went to the dealer within the first few weeks to ask about it and was told the problem is the cold temps. I said ok but the light never went off. I tried adjusting the pressure with no luck and eventually got use to it. Now, when getting new tires, they discovered that I am missing a sensor on one wheel all together. Of course now my car is out of warranty and Ramsey Subaru wants to charge me almost $200 for a part that was broken when they sold it to me. My sister has an outback she got from them. They broke her windshield while fixing something there and denied it. There was a mark from a tool at the base of the windshield but told my sister that she must have done it. She had to argue with them for a while, making a scene until they admitted to it. Worst dealership ever. Go to any other Subaru dealership and aviod the hassel! More
I came to Ramsey Subaru after shopping around at a few of other dealerships in the area.. and after being mistreated at some (Bill Kolb is one of the worst dealerships I've been to) and just not finding anyt other dealerships in the area.. and after being mistreated at some (Bill Kolb is one of the worst dealerships I've been to) and just not finding anything good in the other's inventory's, I was happy I came across Ramsey Subaru. This dealership has not only the best selection of Subarus (New and used!), but the best sales associates to help you pick out the perfect car for you. When I walked in, I was quickly greeted by a very friendly associate named Cory, who after only a few minutes into conversation with, I felt very confident with. We took the Legacy out for a nice test drive, and after we got back, Cory went over all the features & options in the car. Much to my suprise, Subaru's come with a lot of great features I didn't even expect them to offer, such as Bluetooth, or an Auxiliary input for my iPod!! After I narrowed down what I wanted, Cory advised me as to what package I should get, and then came the hard part; Picking a color! Thank goodness Ramsey Subaru has such a huge inventory, I was able to pick out the color I wanted without having to settle! Got to love getting things your way! After some quick and calculated negotiating, Cory and I had agreed upon the price, and the next thing you know, I was signing paper work with Jerry (who is also wondefully nice! not the typical Sleazy finance guy you're thinking of!) for a car and I got to drive it home the same day!! Incredible Ramsey Subaru! A++++ I will be back for my next one, and in the mean time, I'm sending everyone I know who's looking for a Subaru to The best Subaru Dealer around; RAMSEY SUBARU!! More
There's no Subaru Dealership quite like Ramsey Subaru. What I like ultimately about Ramsey Subaru is their great location and friendly atmosphere. I have been a customer at Feder's Subaru in Orange County in New York and just recently a customer at Bill Kolb, Jr. Subaru in Rockland County in New York as well. Bar none Ramsey Subaru is the best. Especially, their selection of cars is unmatched. Back in 2007, I was interested in the new 2007 Subaru Legacy GT Spec B model that year. The only Subaru Dealership that had numerous Spec B's, including 2006 models was Ramsey Subaru. In which, on one hot summer's day I made a trip to Ramsey Subaru. Because its location is so easy to get to and I searched the parking lot that day and found four Spec B's. Ramsey Subaru staff is top notch too. The friendliness, courtesy, professionalism, trustworthiness, cleanliness and knowledge in which my Sales Consultant Mr. Clayton "Kyle" Mantell totally exemplified was great. Clayton was awesome. The way he presented himself and how he informed me about the Subaru model,I wanted by giving me brochures was great. Even Jerry the Finance Consultant was great that magical day when, I became a proud owner of my new 2011 Subaru. Jerry was extremely informative and made me feel at home. Now I know why Ramsey Subaru's slogan is "Just to let you know, we're with you for the long haul...". That's why Ramsey Subaru is ahead of all other Subaru Dealerships around. Ramsey Subaru is at the top of its class and is winning the race in AWD. More
Walking into Ramsey Subaru I saw a very friendly staff. I already knew what car I wanted from looking online so I took a look around it in person for the first time. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for my next car. More
Because my husband and I visited a few other car dealerships in our search for an affordable, family friendly, compact SUV, and had not so great experiences, our expectations were not high when we e dealerships in our search for an affordable, family friendly, compact SUV, and had not so great experiences, our expectations were not high when we entered Ramsey Subaru. We were quickly and pleasantly surprised, however, upon meeting Chris Wallin, who immediately presented as very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We ended up purchasing a beautiful 2007 Forester from Chris that we absolutely love, and Chris helped to make the entire process expedient, understandable, and exciting (this was our first car purchase). We will definitely be returning to Ramsey Subaru for any future car purchases, and we highly recommend Chris and the rest of the Ramsey team....all of whom seemed very nice and forthcoming. More

The manager flat out lied to our faces. Upon, arriving at Ramsey Subaru, I was very hesitate about making a car purchase anywhere. That was all gone, when I walked in and had amazing customer service from Chris. The whole process went smoothly from test driving the car to sitting with Jerry to do the financing. We told the salesperson about out experience at Bill Kolb, and he did everything to make us feel comfortable. And the manager(Josh) came over to thank us for our business. I would definitely be returning to Ramsey Subaru when it is time for a new car. More

I felt that this dealership was the worst experience I have ever had. Your salesman quoted me a price $700.00 below the advertized price. When we came to purchase the car he jacked it up over $2,000.00 it have ever had. Your salesman quoted me a price $700.00 below the advertized price. When we came to purchase the car he jacked it up over $2,000.00 it went from $15944-$500-$250= $15194 to $17995 also tacked on hidden charges like dealer prep of $500 on a used car for cleaning it up.It was the worst experience ever and I own 3 cars this was for my son and a valuable experience for him showing how car dealers can be.
