They were very honest and offered a great price. When I got there, they didn't try any of the tricks that so many other dealers try. I would definitely recommend them. got there, they didn't try any of the tricks that so many other dealers try. I would definitely recommend them. More
At Ramsey Subaru my sales person was Cory Fetkowitz. From day one Cory was a pleasure to work with. I have bought several cars in the last 10 years from many different dealers and this was by far the easie day one Cory was a pleasure to work with. I have bought several cars in the last 10 years from many different dealers and this was by far the easiest, most straight forward experience I have ever had. Cory was honest, knowledgable and very quick to get back to me with the answers to the questions I had. The price was the best (by far!) and the rest of the staff at the dealership was courteous and kind. I highly recommend Ramsey Subaru and Cory if you want a no nonsense, positive car buying experience. -Chris from New Windsor, NY More
From the moment I spoke with Clayton Mantell (aka Kyle), he was friendly, professional and knowledgable. When we received a call from Kaitlin of the internet sales dept about 3 minutes after we checked our interest in a Subaru Forester online, we were stunned and very pleased with the quick response time. sales dept about 3 minutes after we checked our interest in a Subaru Forester online, we were stunned and very pleased with the quick response time. Our thoughts were quick response for an inquiry bodes well for trying hard and great service. So about an hour later we were shaking hands with our sales rep, Brian, who was an extension of that same great service. Brian is a very unique sales person who has the ability to listen to our needs and understand financial constraints and facilitate a good deal that is beneficial to dealership and consumer. Both he and his supervisor looked for cost savings that gained for us options we would never have thought possible. The experience was actually enjoyable. We were guided through the process easily and professionally. Bravo! Subaru Ramsey. This is the beginning of a beautiful relationship. More
Worst sales experience I have ever had. They are very rude and clearly don't know how to treat customers. Decided not to buy from this dealership, went with Paul Miller Subaru instead. Although I had to pay a couple hundred more it was worth having the peace of mind that the sales associates are there to help me instead of trying to get me. More
I drove my 10th Subaru from the dealer last night. Driving 40,000 miles/year I've dealt with many dealers throughout the Tri-State area. This is my first experience with Ramsey Subaru. The experience Driving 40,000 miles/year I've dealt with many dealers throughout the Tri-State area. This is my first experience with Ramsey Subaru. The experience dealing with them has been shear pleasure. They treated me with respect and honesty. They were extremely well-informed considering the multitude of changes in the 2011 models and were able to communicate them with clarity and patience. It was like buying a car from your mother or your best friend. I visited three times and called five times before my purchase. My calls, my questions and my concerns were met each time with (and this may sound corny), Subaru love. Thank you Ramsey Subaru More
The salesman wasn't interested in selling the used car they had in their lot. A frown on my face on seeing some scratches on the car's interior was enough to make him take away the keys saying that there they had in their lot. A frown on my face on seeing some scratches on the car's interior was enough to make him take away the keys saying that there was no point in test driving a car which I wouldn't be fully satisfied. According to him, it would be a waste of his time as well as mine - not to forget the gas wasted in a test drive. Showed me another car- and I offered a price that was 200$ lower than his. He literally tells me to leave the showroom and have a good day. That's lousy attitude towards any customer. The snub just drove me towards a VW showroom where I felt more than welcome. Walked away with a brand new sportwagen tdi. The ramsey subaru salesman probably missed seeing a potential new car customer. More

They all love them with one friend recently purchasing a second Legacy. I had visited several other Dealers to purchase an Outback but was not satisfied for various reasons until I went to Ramsey Subaru and met Shane. He was very professional and courteous and I did not feel "car salesman - talked to". All my questions were answered, and information that I did not know to ask about the Outback was freely offered including options and financing. I also met Josh and he too was as professional as Shane. I would have no problems recommending anyone to Ramsey Subaru More
The last vehicle I had purchased was a 1997 Subaru outback, 156,000 miles later, I was looking to purchase a new vehicle, by the way, the 97 Subaru was still running. After carefully searching for the outback, 156,000 miles later, I was looking to purchase a new vehicle, by the way, the 97 Subaru was still running. After carefully searching for the right dealership, I targeted Subaru of Ramsey, NJ and it was a great buying experience. My salesperson, Clayton, was extremely helpful and professional during the entire process. Additionally, on the day I picked my new Subaru outback it was raining (monsoon), a good day for a Subaru. However, during the purchase process, Clayton was completely soaked from top to bottom and never lost his professionalism. I must say, that's the kind of person I would like to work for me. The entire purchase from start to finish was painless and seamless. I would certainly recommend Subaru of Ramsey NJ to all my friends and family. In a down economy, it nice to see that customer service is still a very high priority at this dealership! More
As National Ski Patrol members, we are eligible for Subaru's VIP Partners program. After an unsuccessful attempt to purchase at another Subaru dealership, we transferred our VIP form to Ramsey. We were Subaru's VIP Partners program. After an unsuccessful attempt to purchase at another Subaru dealership, we transferred our VIP form to Ramsey. We were contacted immediately and directed to work with a very experienced salesman, Alex. He took us through all the options and within a very short time we had selected a vehicle and all the options. There has been frequent contact from the dealership to ensure that we knew exactly when the car would be ready, the final paperwork process was organized, Alex was very informative when reviewing the features of our new car. All our questions were answered satisfactorily. Doing business with Ramsey Subaru was a great experience. We would, and already have, recommended this dealership to other folks interested in Subaru's. Afterward, we learned that one of our friends had also purchased a car from Ramsey, thru Alex, and she also reported that he was a very good person to work with. More
