I have been a long time Subaru owner - since 1977. For the past many years i have serviced my cars at the Ramsey Service Dept. where I have never been disappointed, and many many times, delighted. I had several issues and Brian had them resolved within a few days. I felt that my wife and I were getting all the attention that was needed on my inquires with follow up calls and resolutions.
