I have just received my 2012 Subaru Impreza and I have to say that the vehicle is all that I expected. I ordered it when pre-orders became available in October and I expected a bit of a delay, due to the hig say that the vehicle is all that I expected. During the wait, of a little more than 3 months, I was in continual contact with Subaru of America and them with Ramsey Subaru. They kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle, even when they didn't know the exact delivery, they still kept in contact. Upon receiving my new Impreza, they went far and beyond what they should have, with great customer service, for my extended wait. I have to say, it was well worth the wait! I was a prior Bill Kolb Jr. customer and am SO glad I decided to buy my new Subaru from Ramsey. More
I ordered a 2012 Subaru STI Limited with a ahort throw and knob. Dayton told me that it will take approximately 5 to 8 weeks. We made an arrangement for me to visit the dealer and see the car. Dayton is very friendly, honest well informed and easy to talk to. He did not pressure me to decide right away to buy the car on display. He answered all my questions effectively to my satisfaction. He was very persistent but allowed me to decide either to wait for the car that I ordered or just buy the car on display. I gave Him the Subaru VIP Certificate and He told me that He will not make much commission in the sale of the car. He was instrumental in my decision to go ahead and buy the car on display. He exerted a lot of effort in the after sales service to my satisfaction. Even before visiting the dealer, He communicated with me regularly by phone and email. He is a very good salesperson for Subaru and an important asset of Ramsey Subaru. Jerry explained very well the extended warranty contract to my satisfaction. He gave me all the details of the financing and even advise me not to withdraw from my 401K, since it will be to my loss due to taxes and other reasons. I hope that we can change the terms and rates of the financing, since I was approved by the same bank for a car loan. More
This was my first Subaru purchase after 10 years of Honda's and Acura's. My sales person ( Dayton Lau) was great to work with. He was informative and provided a balanced view as he "sold" Subaru. Most importantly, Dayton was careful not to simply say things that he could not deliver against to win my business. He was exceptional in locating the exact car and options I wanted for the price agreed upon. The actual sale was completed in <40 minutes went very smoothly. I value this, as I value my time and give high marks for the efficiency of the closing sale. The overall process was very efficient and positive and I believe that I got a great price. More
Took them four times to fix my car. Had to order parts and never called when they arrived even after I already paid for the, to be ordered and installed. Dayton was ready for me and quickly moved me into the individual dealing with the financing. When that was done, he went over all the aspects of the car including helping me program my phone numbers into the Bluetooth. We've been looking for this car for months and it finally showed up at Ramsey Subaru - nearly an hour drive from Dover, NJ. The price was competitive so we absolutely had to go see it. We weren't sure what to expect but VERY GLAD we made the journey! Our salesman, Dayton, was exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. He made us feel like part of his family and we never felt pressured or obligated. The most amazing part was how he sat with our 81 year old Mother with dementia and attended to her while we were in the loan office signing the paperwork - which was also a pleasantly unexpected surprise - fast, quick and the loan officer was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Although, I must admit - we didn’t have many questions - everything was upfront and straightforward. We've bought many cars throughout the years and this was the best car buying experience we've ever had! Many Thanks and Kudos to Ramsey Subaru and their entire staff! More

Alex was most helpful in the process of buying my 2012 Outback. He answered all my questions and concerns quickly and with great professionalism and friendliness. Because of that, I was very satisfied with the purchase of my new car. I am also very happy with the leather seats he suggested, since my trim does not have OEM leather as an option. Alex even went through the extra trouble to install an exterior accessory while I was there. Every transaction went smoothly and I got to focus on enjoying my new Outback!
