This was my first Subaru purchase after 10 years of Honda's and Acura's. My sales person ( Dayton Lau) was great to work with. He was informative and provided a balanced view as he "sold" Subaru. Most importantly, Dayton was careful not to simply say things that he could not deliver against to win my business. He was exceptional in locating the exact car and options I wanted for the price agreed upon. The actual sale was completed in <40 minutes went very smoothly. I value this, as I value my time and give high marks for the efficiency of the closing sale. The overall process was very efficient and positive and I believe that I got a great price. More
Took them four times to fix my car. Had to order parts and never called when they arrived even after I already paid for the, to be ordered and installed. Dayton was ready for me and quickly moved me into the individual dealing with the financing. When that was done, he went over all the aspects of the car including helping me program my phone numbers into the Bluetooth. We've been looking for this car for months and it finally showed up at Ramsey Subaru - nearly an hour drive from Dover, NJ. The price was competitive so we absolutely had to go see it. We weren't sure what to expect but VERY GLAD we made the journey! Our salesman, Dayton, was exceptionally friendly, courteous and professional. He made us feel like part of his family and we never felt pressured or obligated. The most amazing part was how he sat with our 81 year old Mother with dementia and attended to her while we were in the loan office signing the paperwork - which was also a pleasantly unexpected surprise - fast, quick and the loan officer was very attentive and answered all of our questions. Although, I must admit - we didn’t have many questions - everything was upfront and straightforward. We've bought many cars throughout the years and this was the best car buying experience we've ever had! Many Thanks and Kudos to Ramsey Subaru and their entire staff! More

Alex was most helpful in the process of buying my 2012 Outback. He answered all my questions and concerns quickly and with great professionalism and friendliness. Because of that, I was very satisfied with the purchase of my new car. I am also very happy with the leather seats he suggested, since my trim does not have OEM leather as an option. Alex even went through the extra trouble to install an exterior accessory while I was there. Every transaction went smoothly and I got to focus on enjoying my new Outback! The experience was truly easy and painless. We brought in the internet pricing and that was exactly the price we paid. Not only were there no extras but they didn't try to sell or talk us into anything e in the internet pricing and that was exactly the price we paid. If there was an option of giving them a 0 star, I would have picked it. But they lucked out. Awful service, if they aren't able to charge you an arm and a leg for a service they will give you the 1-800 nu have picked it. But they lucked out. My 2011 Subaru won't pass inspection because of the tires being worn out in less than a year,(the cost to change all four tires is close to $1000). The tires have been rotated but Subaru Ramsey will not accept the hand written receipts from the mechanic. I have had the car evaluated by 3 mechanics and they all are saying it is the alignment of the car based on the wear. And one of them also mentioned that 50% of the cars come out of alignment when they leave the showroom(he is an authorized continental tire mechanic). Based on my experience, I believe him since there is no record of alignment and I did not ask for one when I drove it out of the showroom. I have been going between Continental tire customer service and Subaru, two reputable companies, and none of them will stand behind their "GREAT" reputation without pulling out the fine prints that most of don't read. I am disappointed with Subaru, maybe I should have gone for a Honda or a Suzuki and not been blinded by Subaru's "great" service. And By the way, spare yourself from Subaru Ramsey if you can. More
The people at Ramsey Subaru know the meaning of customer service. the knowledge of knowing and answering questions of each and every make and model Subaru has to offer and without the pressure of just "maki service. the knowledge of knowing and answering questions of each and every make and model Subaru has to offer and without the pressure of just "making a sale" made me feel that i can trust them. talking with the dealers was like talking to a friend. i would recommend Ramsey Subaru to anyone who is in the process of buying/leasing a car.. thank you to the people of Ramsey Subaru for all your help.. i love my new outback . keep up the good work.
