Dayton is the salesman that helped me through my purchase. He helped answer my questions and address my concerns with the car promptly. I contacted Dayton and he helped coordinate the repair with the service department. Additionally Dayton was very friendly throughout the full process, follow up over the phone with me and always made sure to say hello when I was at the dealership. Went in for diagnostic tests and resulting work. Service dept. informed me that more than I realized was under warranty. Dayton was very patient, professional, and he worked with me as I went back and forth between a new and a used vehicle during more than one visit to the dealership. This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Brian at Ramsey. I didn't even shop around for a better deal.There must be six or so dealers closer and more convenient for me but that wasn't as important as Ramsey.
