My second Outback purchased from this dealer (Mike P and Stan V were tremendous!!). Since this is one of the biggest one (if not the biggest) in NJ, you have more choices and good pricing. Able to deal and finalize (99%) over the internet, email, chat, etc. before finalizing in person (which didn't take too long - no financing required though). Agreed to follow up with fixing a few dings, scratches on my CPO and extremely helpful in resolving issues. Really difficult to "trust" a dealer (e.g., my wife's Acura purchase at a local dealer was horrible and will never go back there - we actually drive farther to another dealer to get it serviced:-) ) but Ramsey is definitely my first choice if / when I buy yet another Subie. Have not experienced their service yet but will do so soon (for first free oil change, spark plugs, brake fluid flush, etc.). More

I went in for service recently. My 30,000 mi service was up. Esma, my service writer was super friendly and very helpful. I'm a regular at Ramsey. She took the opportunity to address a major issue that came up during service. It was outside of the warranty period but they were generous enough to fix it for me. I greatly appreciate their help and that's mainly why I drive 45 minutes to specifically go to this Service center instead of ones nearer to home. More
