I usually don't leave negative reviews. I let them go but the experience we had with this dealer was abhorrent. First, we went in one day to look at a used Subaru Outback. Clayton, who wasn't the most but the experience we had with this dealer was abhorrent. First, we went in one day to look at a used Subaru Outback. Clayton, who wasn't the most personable representative to begin with, had to get the car from their storage lot and I appreciate that, though it took an hour and a half. When we saw the car it had dents in almost every panel on the car and the inside was dirty and had dog hair from the previous owner still inside. You'd think they'd at least wash the car before showing it to someone. Needless to say we walked away from that deal and left. A couple of days later we decided to look at another Outback they had and we liked it and we're beginning the paperwork process when we got contacted from another dealer we had called about a different car. This car was the same year and had half the miles yet was the same price. We let Clayton know we were going to hold the process with them while we looked at this other car. We want the best value for our money and when i told him we were leaving he got a little testy with us and said something along the lines of "I can't keep doing this with you" like he was doing US a favor by selling us a car. We walked away and decided right then and there that before we even saw the other car we were not coming back to Ramsey Subaru and if we did we would demand a different representative. Beyond that, of all the time we spent in the dealership not one person said hi or really even registered that we were there. it was a little odd. We were saying that we felt invisible at the time. Very cold atmosphere. I'm in sales and I know what it takes to make sales and the treatment we got at this dealer form top to bottom was not the way you should treat someone who is about to spend $20,000+ on a car. You should treat them like family and be as accommodating as possible because you never know who might walk in, or out, that door. More

Chris Wallin was the person who helped me make this purchase fast and easy. Very professional and not pushy at all. He answered every question I had about the car. Best of all Chris helped get the best price of the car in a range that I can afford and a much better pricing compared to other subaru dealers that I have visited. We lost our 6-month old TriBeCa in Hurricane Sandy. This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Chris was polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions very thoroughly and gave great reasons on why we shoul a car. Chris was polite, attentive, and very knowledgeable.
