Ramsey Subaru

I just bought a Subaru XV Crosstrek from Ramsey Subaru and my experience was great. Clayton was extremely helpful when giving details on the XV because it was the first time I had heard of the car. I noticed that alot of these types of reviews are done a few days after a customer purchases a new car. That is great- but they might still be in the "Honeymoon" phase. I have bought/leased 3 Subarus from these guys over the last 8 years- I keep going back!! Do I need to say anything else really?? They always work very honestly and go above and beyond to get me the deal that I am looking for- at a very fair price. While I'm here, I would like to say that the Service Department is second to none! I have never seen a more professional group of folks. They have always treated me with the highest level of respect and like I am a valued customer- that says alot these days! I highly recommend this dealership- and of course Subaru, in general- I love them! More

If you care at all about how much you pay, don't trust this dealer's used car prices at all. Each used car is listed $500 below its actual price. The dealership justifies that price as a "dealer fee" fo this dealer's used car prices at all. Each used car is listed $500 below its actual price. The dealership justifies that price as a "dealer fee" for taking the car in and offering it for sale. I've looked at cars at many other dealerships in the area and have found no other dealership that charges this type of fee. This dealership also charges a $400 doc fee, which is substantially more than most other dealerships in the area. So unless Ramsey is offering the car you want at a good $1000 below the price that other dealers offer, you're actually paying more here than you would elsewhere. (And good luck negotiating with them - they'll just hide behind their "no-haggle" policy.) I recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs, at least for used cars. More
