I have bought all my cars from a the same dealer and sales manager for the past 10 years, and I was worried about "branching out". I have heard horror stories of others car buying experiences in the NJ area but my experience was excellent! Clayton talked me through everything and explained everything he knew about my car. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm thankful there are still people out there that genuinely care, and go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service! Also Jerry that helped me with the paper work was very friendly and patient, he answered all my questions and made the whole process easy. Alex was the perfect salesman to guide me through my first car purchase -- honest, straightforward and unintimidating. I had a good idea of what I wanted; he knew what cars on the lot would meet my first car purchase -- honest, straightforward and unintimidating. Best of all, he got me the car I wanted at a great price! Other dealers in the area had comparably equipped cars with similar mileage at a base price $2,000 higher than what I paid. I'm very satisfied and would recommend Ramsey Subaru to anyone. FOLLOW-UP: I had a few minor problems that I attempted to resolve through corporate and a local dealership (now that I don't live near Ramsey Subaru). The local dealership told me a repair wasn't covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty when, in fact, it was, and a letter I sent to corporate was ignored. I should have reached out to Alex from the beginning. Within two hours of calling Alex, he had resolved the issues I was having with my Subaru. As great as he was at helping me find the car I wanted, he's even better at serving his customers once they've driven off the lot. More
