I visited Ramsey Mazda after having finishing researching inventory of the car I wanted to buy. I walked into the dealership and was immediately led to Rocky. After a brief chat about what I was looking for inventory of the car I wanted to buy. I walked into the dealership and was immediately led to Rocky. After a brief chat about what I was looking for he arranged a test drive within minutes. Rocky was friendly, customer focused and knowledgable about the car. He knew that I wanted the car and gave me the best price possible without having to go talk to his sales manager 1000 times. He knew that didn't have a lot if time so we wrapped up the deal and I had a sales order in my hand in an hour. The entire process was painless and Rocky was extremely professional. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership and I suggest asking for Rocky Dunn to assist with your sales process. More
I went to Ramsey Mazda after visiting several other Mazda dealerships and found Ramsey to be the best out of all visited. I had several concerns about price ,but after speaking to the Sales Manager John Torr dealerships and found Ramsey to be the best out of all visited. I had several concerns about price ,but after speaking to the Sales Manager John Torres and Master Sales Manager Joe Desimore all my concers were answered,a very pleasant experience. The folks at Mazda of Ramsey were an absolute pleasure to deal with... it was a NO DRAMA sales process! None of that back and forth sales manager xx! I have always had no problem getting the truth about my service from Amanda. This is the second vehicle that I have purchased at this dealership. My lease was up on my mazda 2010 and went in and leased a 2013 from them. The car is very good, however, the sales manager indicated to me that i would get my $500 back from my previous payment to the bank t 2013 from them. The car is very good, however, the sales manager indicated to me that i would get my $500 back from my previous payment to the bank that I had rcently made on the 2010.After the sale, and when I did not receive my money, the "story changed" and that the $500 was part of the buyout , even though he called the bank twice to get a final payment but never thought of asking them if my $500 cleared or not. After I tried to discuss it with him, he gave me a short period of time to discuss it with him and told me that it was my error and he could not help me any longer and if need to get legal advice. Great customer service!! Be very careful dealing with him but would not recommend going there. More

I have purchased two Mazda's here-mostly for the service. Everytime I come here I regret the many years that I owned a Audi and had such bad service. The staff is always friendly and nice. Amanda always go out of her way to make sure that she describes the problem or just what needs to be done for the maintenance of the vehicle. I am always offered a ride or a loaner car. When a time is quoted I have never been disappointed. Extremely timely. Overall the total experience has been positive on all points. Highly recommended. More
We looked at and drove 5 different cars and we found Mazda to be the most knowledgeable and not "pushy". The manager came over and spoke with us asking us what we were looking for, price, etc. When we went for the mid-priced car we were asked what our "wants" were and they had our heated front seats! We love our Mazda 6 and the grey/blue color is incredible - everyone thinks so. WE got the car at the price we wanted too. Rocky introduced us to the service department before we left who were also friendly. Denise Dondiego More
