I did buy a Mazda CX-5 on August 19, 2014. I had got pricing through USAA from several dealerships and actually Wayne and Sansone beat Ramsey's price by $500. I asked if they would beat those, as I live pricing through USAA from several dealerships and actually Wayne and Sansone beat Ramsey's price by $500. I asked if they would beat those, as I live in Allendale and would rather buy closer to home. Stephanie in Internet Sales emailed me saying yes, they would beat that price- the price they gave was $258 lower than the other dealer's. She said I could also print the coupon on the website and get another $250.00 off. Each time Stephanie got back to me she said "I spoke to my manager Lee" making it clear she was speaking for him. When I arrived, I was met by a salesperson I will review separately, because I really liked him and it was not his fault Lee would not honor what they told me in writing. It turned out they did NOT have the color I asked for, even though they said they did. They had my color but not with "tech" package. This worked out as I did not actually want the whole tech package, just the nav and they installed that in the car in the color we wanted, without the rest of the tech package and this brought the price down BUT where Wayne was going to install the nav only for $600 they wanted $895 and said thats what it cost them at service. Since the doc fee at Ramsey is 299 and at wayne was 399 it washed a bit. That part I ok'd. However, at the end, when I was signing the papers, I saw they did NOT take off the $250 coupon and LEE said he couldn't because I was already getting a great deal. So what! I had pre-negotiated my deal! I had the printed out email from Stephanie. He TOOK IT AND CRUMPLED AND THREW IT AWAY. (Duh, I still have the email.) AND THREW AWAY THE COUPON (that I can still print again). I believe LEE STOLE $250 from me in this way. I could have walked away but this was literally at the end when all papers were ready and I had spent 3 hours already and was bringing the car home for my son. I WILL NOT RETURN TO RAMSEY UNTIL LEE IS GONE. DO NOT TRUST LEE. More

It took about an hour for me to get the residual value on Mazda 3 I wanted to lease. They are trying to hide the actual numbers behind the car, just giving you "your best deal ever" which is about 70%-80% higher that you can get in different dealerships. I would suggest to stay away from this dealership if you are looking for honest prices. More
Amanda who runs the service dept. is outstanding. We have been dealing with her for a long time. She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and always smiling. This service department has been nothing but a nightmare.When returning the car for the first oil change I asked them to look at a gasket hanging out of the dashboard which was there the day I bou nightmare.When returning the car for the first oil change I asked them to look at a gasket hanging out of the dashboard which was there the day I bought the car. I was told I couldn't have that done as this a an oil change and I needed to make an appointment for service as the dashboard would have to be taken apart. I made the service appointment today only to be told they cut the piece out and did not remove the dashboard. I also have an issue with the brakes pulsing which shouldn't occur at 17k miles. Finally able to get service done at 22k (because they never got my online appointment) and brakes are wearable part. I understand this but this is a defective part that needs to be looked at. They wouldn't look at it because I said I will not pay if it is not warranty. I've sat in the service department and watch them try to scam a young family who got a flat into buying four new tires because his car is All Wheel drive so he would need to replace all the tires. I really like the sales department but the service department is awful. Steer away from these shady people they are just trying to bilk you for money. More

I can't say enough great words about my experiences with Kenny and Amanda. Both are professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind! Not only have I come in for scheduled services but have arrived at o with Kenny and Amanda. Both are professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind! Not only have I come in for scheduled services but have arrived at odd times for car troubles and every time Kenny and Amanda have gone out of their way to help! They are definitely an example of customer service and support, efficiency and guidance. This has made all my visits quite a bit easier and one of the outstanding aspects is the customer service. Something that is so rare in this ultra high tech world. It means0 so much to me to be able to actually speak with someone who explains all the work that needs to be done clearly and kindly. This expertise should not go unnoticed. And many thanks to Kenny and Amanda for keeping my car working beautifully! More

Joe Guadalupe treated us professionally and enthusiastically, and helped us arrive at a decision that was far better for us in the end. We decided to lease a Mazda 6, and are so pleased with the decision. Joe, as well as John Torres, impressed us with their knowledge and even more with their genuine concern. It was clear that we were not simply "buyers"--we were being treated as new friends. I will be happy to recommend Ramsey Mazda to people I know, and look forward to working with them again in the future. More

I chose to start bringing my 2011 Mazda 3 to Ramsey Mazda because it was closer to home and I was unsatisfied with my experiences at the Wayne dealership. Overall the difference of the Ramsey dealership compared to Wayne was impressive and reassuring (since I had a 3yr lease I was stuck in). I enjoyed the entire staff there, but one employee in particular stood out: Amanda Ciborski! She is the perfect example of an employee that goes above and beyond! I am so grateful to her for turning my Mazda frown upside down. Recently my car was hit and needed repairs that were quite costly. She made the entire experience feel effortless. I preferred dealing with her instead of my insurance company or Enterprise, not because they were unhelpful, but just for the pure ease of being able to trust her and know that my car was in capable hands. The fact that I could deal with only one person saved me any further hassle (we all know insurance claims are a headache)! She took care of all my needs, keeping me posted and reassured. My car came back good as new! When I had dealt with Wayne Mazda more often then not, I had to bring my car in more than just once to have the same issue completed. That was how I let them convince me to lease in the 1st place. Buyers remorse had me originally thinking I'd never purchase a Mazda again. Thanks to the wonderful quality of service at Ramsey Mazda I have changed my mind. I trust Amanda and that is more important to me than holding a grudge. She has made some great suggestions after taking the time to get to know me and my needs. I rely on her opinion and cannot say enough positive things about how because of her I am going to stick with the Ramsey Mazda staff. I want them to be the one's to perform any further repairs on my current and future Mazda's! Thank you to Amanda Ciborski and the entire staff of Ramsey Mazda for an excellent customer experience!!!
