My experience at Ramsey Mazda was a great one. When I pulled into the parking lot I was not attacked or pushed to look at a certain car. Buying a car has historically been one the least pleasant experiences in my life. Naturally we did not have high hopes this time around either. We purchased a new CX5 and everyone went the extra mile. Super efficient, we were there about 2 hours and left with our new car. They could have made us wait for Monday to pick it up but they cleared the showroom and got it ready for us. Talk about a pleasant surprise.....if you are looking for a Mazda, this is the place to go. FINALLY a dealership that didn't make me want to scream by the time I left. Thank you all so much! More

I went to this dealer to buy a Mazda CX-5 and was surprised for the great level of detail and professionalism of Joshua. Friendly atmosphere. Not too much haggle for a fair price. I am happy with my purchase. There was a scratch on the bumper upon delivery. They tried to fix it but it's in the plastic. I am hesitant to do so since it is a new car and a small scratch. I have emailed them to see if they could give me a year or two of sirius radio in lieu of bumper replacement.
