I actually enjoyed doing business with this dealership. I recently purchased a certified pre owned CX-5 from them. The OTD price was fair and there wasn’t any excessive fees tacked on. There was a problem I discovered after I took it home and my salesman Luis drove to my house the next day with a loaner car, took my car back to the dealership and had the service dept. correct the issue. I had been using a much larger dealership in the past, leasing 3 CX-5’s and a CX-50. I liked the more personalized experience with Ramsey Mazda. All in all I will be going back to them for my future car needs. More
