The service person called and got the approval to change my oil, but refused to do tire rotation cause it was late, service hours shown on the website for Monday is 7:30am to 7:00pm. Beyond disappointed with the scam this service department has. Paid over 300$ to have my car diagnosed and was told it was over 3k in repairs.
