:Selection: Their on-site selection is quite small. :Selection: Their on-site selection is quite small. They didn't have the options that I wanted (only an extra $5000 worth of options that I did :Selection: Their on-site selection is quite small. They didn't have the options that I wanted (only an extra $5000 worth of options that I didn't want). :Warning: Ramsey Jeep tries to compensate for the poor selection, by telling you they will get the vehicle you want from another dealer. I fell for this scam, and it cost me $500. What I unknowingly agreed to was to buy the car sight unseen, even though the vehicle was not as promised. (It's all in the fine print on the back of the form, even though they verbally promised me that that wasn't the case). :Price: Ramsey Jeep on came down $500 from MSRP. While Butler Jeep came down $2000 from MSRP. More
This is the worst car dealer I've ever dealt with. I leased a car from them 3 years ago, and the experience was awful. They have absolutely no regard for customer service what so ever. When I went to re leased a car from them 3 years ago, and the experience was awful. They have absolutely no regard for customer service what so ever. When I went to return my car last week (lease ended), the experience we even worse. They refused to give me my inspection report, and lease end statement. Even with Chrysler financial on my cell phone telling me they had to give it to me, they still wouldn't. They were obviously trying to screw me because I wouldn't buy another car from them. They actually tried to lease me the same exact car I had for $80 more a month with $2500 down. STAY AWAY More
This is the worst dealership experience. I took my Commander for service due to a windshield noise, and I let them know several TSB's issued by Jeep address this issue. I specifically tell them that i Commander for service due to a windshield noise, and I let them know several TSB's issued by Jeep address this issue. I specifically tell them that it happens in hot breeze days. The dealer did absolutely nothing, they said they drove my vehicle at 80MPH and could not duplicate problem. This was on a rainy day where temperatures barely reached 70F. Took car to Westwood Jeep and at least they attempted to address the problem by performing service based on several TSB's on this issue. I ordered rear assist handles for my vehicle. First handles took 3 months to arrive. When I picked them up, they didn't order covers, screws, etc., needed to install such handles. Took another week to receive additional parts. Picked up parts only to find out during installation that they ordered wrong parts, two of the handles for right side were lefties. Reorder parts, and received lefties again. Response by service manager was, this is going to take several days, but we will get you the right parts eventually". All this took over a month and a week. I ordered missing parts from justforjeeps.com and received the next day. More
