From my first intaction with Lynne to the final one with Ryan it was a super pleasant, no stress deal. Had been looking for a used Jeep Unlimited for a while; Toni & Joey helped us to get the best one we were able to find - at Ramsey. Answered all of our questions, completed the paperwork in about 1-1/2 ho Toni & Joey helped us to get the best one we were able to find - at Ramsey. Answered all of our questions, completed the paperwork in about 1-1/2 hours and we were out the door. Finance department was helpful and clearly explained the financing options which allowed us to make the best choice on 4 yr finance rates that were better than what I was able to get pre-purchase. The only downside is that I wish I had more time to have a pre-purchase inspection done, but given Ramsey’s preparation and inspection process I felt confident that there would be no problems and if there were Ramsey would make it right.
