I bought my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Ramsey Jeep and they gave me a few freebie oil changes. I had told myself that I wouldn't deal with dealership service departments because they are notoriou Jeep and they gave me a few freebie oil changes. I had told myself that I wouldn't deal with dealership service departments because they are notorious for terrible service and overcharging but I wasn't going to let free oil changes go to waste. When it was time for an oil change, I went to Ramsey Jeep Service and that is when I met Jim Ryerson. He was very courtesy and patient with me because this is was my first new car and I wanted to make sure I did everything right. He explained to me all the future services that I would need and gave me tips from his years being within the business. It has been 2 years since that day and I still go back to Ramsey Jeep Service just because of Jim Ryerson. There has not been even one time where I have left feeling like I have been doped or not in the best of hands. He even helped me on numerous occasions when I would have a question and would call him. One occasion in particular that I will never forget was when my ignition module froze and left my car immobilized in a Popeyes parking lot. He helped me call Jeep Tow Help Line and was able to coordinate with the closest Jeep dealership (unfortunately, Jeep will only tow it to the closest dealership) to get my car fixed right away instead of having to wait. Jim has also helped me lower the costs of the big service by letting me know of different specials they have as well as different various discounts they have such as student discount, etc. Overall, I never would of imagined I would keep going back to a dealership service center but because of Jim, I can't seem myself going to anybody else. He has also worked with me when the car needed extended service, helping me spread the work out over a short period of time so the cost would not have hit me as hard. When my Sebring started to give me major headaches, he assisted in getting me a good price on a new 200 convertible to replace my Sebring convertible. He is really the reason I went to Ramsey Chrysler rather than another Chrysler dealer. I trust him with my car completely knowing he will do his best for me. My new 200 convertible will be in goods hands, as I intend to continue going back to Ramsey and Jim for service. More

This place is comically bad. They're sloppy, unprofessional and just plain ol' dopey. My first Grand Cherokee blew a cylinder head after a year and the General Manager, Rick, explained the caus unprofessional and just plain ol' dopey. I brought my second GC there last week because the check engine light was on and the engine was racing. The took over a day to look at it before resetting the codes and telling me it was fine. I drove 3 miles and the same thing happened. It was obvious by the odometer and the snow on the car's roof that they barely looked at the car in the garage. I get too annoyed thinking about the ineptitude at this place so I'll cut this review short. More
