I was able to drive away in my Jeep that night and am very happy with Anthony and the dealership. Better experience than at other Jeep dealerships (one in particular who shall remain nameless) and satisfied that I got a fair deal. I will definitely go back if I need another Jeep in the future! Dealership Goes the Extra Mile to Satisfy Customer While I was at the last 200 miles left of my extended warranty, a few major issues appears with my Jeep. The dealership was extremely helpful in work While I was at the last 200 miles left of my extended warranty, a few major issues appears with my Jeep. The dealership was extremely helpful in working with me to determine exactly what the issues were and repaired/replaced what was needed. They were great to followup with me after I picked up my vehicle to ensure my vehicle continued to be in working order and that I was satisfied with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend this dealership, however, I also recommend that you push to work with them to ensure satisfaction with whatever it is, i.e., bringing vehicle in for repair, troubleshooting the issue, etc. More

HORRIBLE USED CAR EXPERIENCE On Thursday, I came across this dealer when a car came up on their website. I immediately contacted them to schedule a test drive. Upon calling, t On Thursday, I came across this dealer when a car came up on their website. I immediately contacted them to schedule a test drive. Upon calling, they told me that it wasn't ready.. that it was in the shop.. I questioned why and was told it was because of a cracked windshield.. in need for a car, I asked if I could smell the car (I am highly sensitive to cigarette smoke). They were kind enough to make that arrangement, they also then informed me the tire needed to be replace ?! With only 4,577 Miles I wondered what did the car go through. But I figured, maybe it was a fluke... that Friday, after smelling the car, I stated to both Jamie and Phil that I'd be interested in it, can I put $ down, they said they don't take deposits - but was assured I would be kept "in the loop" of what was happening with the car. Saturday, I filled out their online credit application, to save time in future. They did state that Tuesday the car was schedule to have the windshield replaced, but it could take up to a week to replace the tire, as it was a "special tire". If there was any problem, they would just take it off another car. That Tuesday, Jamie called me to tell me that the windshield was replaced but the status of the tire was still unknown. She would let me know the following day what was going on so I could schedule my Thursday. Thus far, everything was going fine... that is until I asked about the credit application. I was told they don't process it until a car is actually purchased.. okay??? Wednesday ... I don't hear from anyone, so at 5pm I call Jamie only to be told she is with a client and she will call me back. Not hearing from her, I called again at 8:30 only to be told the same thing, this time I asked to hold until she becomes available. I was then told she doesn't work on Thursday, but someone will call back... Now why tell me that Thursday would be the day I could possibly get the car if she is off? I again, asked to hold. I was told 'no'. I then asked for her manager, Emily the receptionist said he wasn't in his office. I asked him to be paged, she said they don't have a paging system. I was insistent to hold and finally, this is when Phil became involved. BTW Jamie never called. He stated to me that he didn't know if the car would be ready because the tire didn't come in (what happened to the switching of other tire?? ). I wanted to talk price, since I was renting a car still. He stated that someone placed a $500 deposit on that car... HMMM... I thought they didn't take deposits? So we left it off that he would contact me regarding the tire. On Thursday, Phil did call to let me know the status and stated that during the test drive, after the car was serviced and windshield was replaced, the tech found some lights "flashing" and stated that "mice may have eaten some of the wiring" ... Again xxx was up with this low milage car. The only thing stopping me from saying 'no' to the deal was the warranty that was still left on the car. I stated that I had a really tight schedule on Friday and, if anything, I would finalize the deal on Saturday. About an hour later he called... "The car is ready" ... What happened to the chewed wiring, etc. He said it was just a loose wire. I said let me test drive the car early Friday morning, what time do you come in.. he said 9 and made an appointment with him. Friday morning, 9:05am, I called to let him know I am just a few minutes away, only to be told that he doesn't come in until 11!! When I arrived, everyone was in a meeting, and I had to wait until 9:30 get "customer service". Jamie came out and said that Phil left her with al the paperwork... but failed to mention the test drive. He also failed to mention my time limit. After the drive, it didn't have everything my first 200C had, but I was willing to negotiate. She said they wouldn't go down in price, since they had another buyer... strange, when I went on TrueCar they were willing to offer the car $500 less?? I also stated that CarFax did not have the windshield replacement... hmm why not? I also asked if there were two key fobs (she'll look into it). She asked how much if I would be financing... Again, strange question, since I asked about my application the other day. I also asked about the rate, and she said she couldn't give that to me until after the deal is signed (BIG WARNING) and the that credit would not be run until there is a signed deal. She then gave me a credit application to full out? WHY??? I already filled everything out online already.. you have all the information .. "We need to just take sure everything you filled out matches".... HUH?? I refused to fill it out again. Then the finance guy came down, and told me that I was pre-approved? HUH??? Jamie, I thought you don't do pre-approvals? Why am I told they ran the credit already from the financial guy, why you told me it couldn't be run until you have a signed deal (WARNING!!) BTW All this time sitting at her desk, all I kept hearing was the paging system telling people to pick-up a certain line - you know, the system Emily said they didn't have! There was also another document she wanted me to sign a Lease Obligation Agreement. Why even ask me to sign this when I wasn't leasing the car, I refused. Needless to say, I was getting very upset that, from what their website stated about saving you time by filling information out - is SO NOT TRUE!!! DON"T DO IT! There is more to it then selling car.! A manager came in then said there was no other key... how could this be?? The car had no other owner but Chrysler- where is the key? The manager refused to get another key or deduct the cost (almost $400) I said I was done... They said "Great, we don't want to sell you a car!" OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU!! More
