The WORST dealership There is NO customer value or respect at this dealership. Jannelly Paralta gave me appointment of 5.30 pm when I called her couple of hours before and There is NO customer value or respect at this dealership. Jannelly Paralta gave me appointment of 5.30 pm when I called her couple of hours before and I travelled all the way from south to north 130 miles and when I showed up there , she sent someone else to meet me and that person told me that the vehicle was sold the two days before, (SERIOUSLY 😳)when I called the manager , he showed up 20 minutes later and told me he can’t do anything and I must leave. What can you expect from a dealership where they have the dummies and idiots like Jannelly who doesn’t perform their job with dignity and loyalty and waste their customer’s valuable time and $$. Pls stay away from them!!! there bunch of other customer oriented dealerships in NJ. More

Terrible customer service Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Ramsey Chrysler Jeep and have had the worst customer service ever. Jeep was purchased new in Jan '18 and the vehic Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler from Ramsey Chrysler Jeep and have had the worst customer service ever. Jeep was purchased new in Jan '18 and the vehicle has been in the shop almost the entire time. The problem with the Jeep is that it won't drive straight. They don't return phone calls and have given me the run around from day one. In 4 months I've put 1000 mi on the vehicle because its been in the shop for approx 5-6 weeks total just for this issue. To make matters worse they gave me a 2012 jeep patriot loaner that leaks oil in my driveway with almost 80000 mi on. When I complained about the loaner they said loaners are hard to come by I should be happy they got me one. Please go to another dealership these people are terrible More
