Minimal expectations being exceeded is an understatement. I ventured into Ramsey Jeep because my previous experience at a different dealership was underwhelming to say the least, that and the location is five I ventured into Ramsey Jeep because my previous experience at a different dealership was underwhelming to say the least, that and the location is five minutes from my office, so convenience was a nice bonus. Being six months out from the end of my current lease I expected to talk buyout options and maybe compare that to a newer model, then go home. I only wanted my same vehicle, package, etc, and because I love my color so much I fully assumed buying it was the direction I was headed due to it being discontinued last year. Then Justin Santos approached me. He was able to help me understand the drawbacks for buying my vehicle and show me the value in leasing a newer version of my truck, my truck that was over mileage and was a now discontinued color. Justin understood that I did not need to do any deal that night, really any time soon for that matter. Moments later Justin presented an option for leasing a 2018 version of my truck in any color I wanted and wait for it...for sixteen dollars less than my current monthly payment with very little out of pocket. Start to finish, this took just a few hours and I left in the new truck. This is an easy going, knowledgable, and efficient dealership, I’ve basically found my permanent location for future vehicles.
