Terrible customer service Last week was my first time visiting this dealership and it will be my last. I had Joan as my service advisor and she was very unpleasant to speak to. Last week was my first time visiting this dealership and it will be my last. I had Joan as my service advisor and she was very unpleasant to speak to. She was very rude and clearly had no interest in helping me. I waited two hours, and at that point she has been so rude the entire time that I asked for my keys to leave before they even touched my car. It was an incredibly dissatisfying experience, and I would not recommend her as a service advisor, or the dealership. More

Without haggling back n forth negotiations, he gave me a deal on a new lease from a basic '16 latitude Cherokee to a '19 limited Cherokee with more specs than I'd anticipated with a $25 difference in my monthly payments! I'm getting so much more car! I am beyond happy and grateful I waited for Ryan! He made it such a smooth transaction, meeting everything I asked for and more! Monty completed the deal with explanations of everything I was signing for and Becky explaining every detail of the car before I drove it off the lot.
