Throughout the process, Steve was professional, courteous, and patient. At no time did we feel that Steve was playing "games" with us. At no time did we feel that he was less than truthful with us. At the end of the process, we felt that Steve gave us a fair and reasonable deal on this vehicle and we were completely satisfied with the experience. In March of 2019, we went back to Subaru Steve to purchase a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and it was deja vu all over again. Once again we were satisfied with the process and felt that we got a fair and reasonable deal.
