Alternatively, it's nonsensical to walk onto a dealership and have to flag someone down for assistance. RK and Subaru Steve were the perfect blend of a professional yet friendly and "family-like" environment. Subaru Steve is highly committed to and knowledgeable of the company and took as much time as was needed to go over all of my questions and concerns. The follow-up correspondence has also been appreciated and not overbearing. The app features make keeping track of your "car's health" a breeze and to top it off, I love my Forester. Over an hour later of Anthony and me chatting about Subaru I gained an instant friend! I test drove the Outback and the other two vehicles and narrowed it down to my final 2 choices. Anthony introduced me to everyone at Subaru who answered all my questions, and they matched the trade in value of the other dealership. When it came down to it the purchase price for both vehicles was the same. I sincerely chose Subaru because (1) I LOVE the way the car drives and all the features, but most important to me was (2) the relationship I had established w Anthony and the rest of the folks at the dealership. He is funny too and he explained everything about the car when I test drove it. He rode with me to Wells Fargo and Jarrett assisted me signing all those papers after the deal was made. Jarrett was very professional too. I could not pick up my car until the following week and Tony V. brought the Subaru to my NC home! He is a real gem.
