Usually the sales individuals talk over my head, try to haggle, and skirt around the questions I ask and don't treat me like I am the one buying the car. However, Subaru Steve was absolutely wonderful. He made eye contact, listened to what I had to say and what I wanted. He made suggestions that were appropriate and he made me feel comfortable experiencing buying a new car. I walked onto the lot thinking I was just going to test drive a forester and an outback and left feeling like I had been given an amazing amount of information and opportunity to purchase my first new car. Steve allowed me walk off the lot without feeling pressure to purchase the car that day. He was available via text message for when I had questions later and ultimately was there when I went back in the evening to put down my down-payment and purchase my outback. Steve and the rest of the subaru staff were wonderful and truly made my first new car buying experience a pleasant one. More

Over an hour later of Anthony and me chatting about Subaru I gained an instant friend! I test drove the Outback and the other two vehicles and narrowed it down to my final 2 choices. Anthony introduced me to everyone at Subaru who answered all my questions, and they matched the trade in value of the other dealership. When it came down to it the purchase price for both vehicles was the same. I sincerely chose Subaru because (1) I LOVE the way the car drives and all the features, but most important to me was (2) the relationship I had established w Anthony and the rest of the folks at the dealership. I instantly felt comfortable with the phone call when I called inquiring about a Subaru Forester. Then when I met him, I was so grateful that I drove about 60 miles hunting for a Subaru. He is funny too and he explained everything about the car when I test drove it. He rode with me to Wells Fargo and Jarrett assisted me signing all those papers after the deal was made. Jarrett was very professional too. I could not pick up my car until the following week and Tony V. brought the Subaru to my NC home! He is a real gem.
