My experience with this dealership was insane, but in the good way. My parents and a close family friend have gotten their new vehicles from RK Subaru so I felt it was my time to join the family as I was rea good way. Walking up I was greeted by David Fanning and immediately knew this was going to be a pressure free experience. He listened to all my wants and was more than happy to show me multiple vehicles which suited my interests. During test drives he was engaging and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were in. Afterwards we got my trade in appraised and a credit check which took barely any time at all. David and his supervisor went out of their way to understand and work with my budget to get me in the car of my dreams which I didn't expect to walk away with. Thank you to David and the RK team for hooking me up with a new 2022 Legacy Premium at an unbeatable value. Your efforts and level of customer satisfaction speaks for itself! We did not come to any arrangement since i am 250 miles away from the dealership but he had some ideas that might work. Why this website has treated me this way while the dealership has now become very aware of my problems becasue of my posting is rather puzzling. I am pleased that Mr. Reader at RK has reached ou to try to help me although I still have concerns about my vehicle. More

Having dealt with RK for many years, Imma and Richard were aware of the types of vehicles that I might like. Sure enough, the first one they showed me is the one we bought. A Subaru Forester will now be in my driveway. These two sales associates at RK, as well as others that I met and worked with made this a most pleasant experience. As always, RK will be my service center for my new vehicle. More

Extraordinary Walking into RK, my husband and I weren't sure what we were looking for or whether we were even going to find a car we liked that day. If anything, we were just trying to find an honest dealership that was worth our time. However, our attention was quickly captured when Cal Green came out to greet us. Instantly my husband and I knew that this man was going to find the perfect car for us and make it a breeze rather than a hassle, and that he did.
