COMPLETELY PAINLESS & EASY DEALING WITH TOP SALEPERSON FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS ALWAYS HATED GOING TO BUY CARS AT DEALERSHIPS, MY EXPERIENCE AT QUALITY AUTOMALL WAS MORE THEN A PLEASANT SURPRISE. awful I cannot even give this establishment one star. Recently, I opted to turn in my leased, ford escape, to another, area dealer. Upon doing so, they as I cannot even give this establishment one star. Recently, I opted to turn in my leased, ford escape, to another, area dealer. Upon doing so, they asked me for my second key, which I did not have because Quality could not locate it upon my signing my lease. I had the then, manager, write on my lease documentation that they owed me a second key and I was not provided one at the time of purchase. About 9 months went by and I received ONE phone call from them telling me my key was available for pick up. Life got away with me and I never got around to it. Fast forward to today...... I called Quality while sitting with my sales rep at the other dealership to inquire about the second key. John Andrini, the alleged sales manager, answered the phone. I explained my plight about the second key, and he pushed to inquire about what I intended to do about my lease. I informed him I did not yet know and asked we focus on the key. After telling him I had a hand written note from the former, credit manager, stating I was owed a key, yet did not receive it, he promised me he would call Ford and absorb the cost of the key. Something I was pleased to hear. He then concluded the call and we disconnected the line. I immediately called him back and asked if he knew my name, which he said he did not. I then inquired as to how he planned to call Ford to make such a demand about absorbing the key cost without having my information, and he then became irate with me. At this time, I informed him I already turned over my lease to another dealership and he indicated I was not allowed to do so as it was purchased at Quality. I informed him that the dealership does not own this vehicle and rather, it is the property of Ford so can be turned into any dealership. I proceeded to ask if he would like my VIN number in order to contact Ford as promised, and at this time, he said, he didnt need it as he would not be doing anything regarding the key. My next response to him was that he promised me he would do so in the previous phone call and he then stated he never made such a promise. I then asked for his manager's name and he pompously stated, he was the manager and the end of the line. In my irritation, I said to this man that his sales team should be so proud to look up to such a man of ill manner. To be straight forward, I did not return to Quality for a multitude of reasons. One, anytime I called for either sales, finance or service, I could never get a contact on the phone to speak to me. Two, I received a barrage of phone calls from them pushing me to return my vehicle at 9 months prior to my lease end and, despite my constantly telling Daisy, the contact, that I wasnt interested in doing so, they continued to call me. Three, well, its above as to why I didnt. Their custom service lacks and clearly, this sub par manager, treats customers as if they are garbage. By no means do I recommend anyone buying from this dealership. They are arrogant and dishonest and undeserving of any sales. More
