Purchased used 2014 Lincoln MKS I originally visited the dealership to enquire about leasing a 2016 Ford Edge. Jesse greeted me, and was very helpful from the start. Numbers for the lease ended up being too high, so instead I opted to take a look at some newer Used Vehicles they had in stock. Settled on the 2014 used Lincoln MKS because it was in excellent condition, and fairly priced, while still being under the manufacturers warranty. We worked back and forth on getting the numbers to work for my trade-in and financing, and I drove home with my "new" used car the same day [Feb 4, 2017]. Since then, Jesse has also been helpful in making sure the loan payoff on my trade-in was received timely by the bank. Overall, a very satisfying experience. However, I am now having difficulty in resolving my cancellation of optional Key Replacement Insurance. I should have received a credit to my loan account for the amount of the premium [$200], but it is taking an inordinate amount of time to process [today is 04/18/17]. Needless to say, many calls to the Finance Mgr, leaving messages, have gone unreturned. My patience is wearing thin over what should be a minor item for the Dealership to resolve, and the longer it takes, the lower my rating will go. Fortunately, this issue has now been resolved to my complete satisfaction! More
Quality don't believe it. My wife bought a MKS from them a month ago. Was told they sold only problem free cars.guess what? Also, the Service Mgr told Jess my salesmen they would put NEW Miichlin tires on since this car had summer tires on it for some reason.They put USED Tires on that were laying around the parts dept for who knows how long? By the way these tires were made in 2014 they have about 65 % of treadlife left. Never again will I go to this dealership for ANYTHING. More

Dan Sangirardi was our Sales Consultant. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and low pressure. Importantly, he clearly made us feel like valued customers. We shopped around at Ford Dealerships in the North Jersey area. Quality Automall prices are competition with other Ford Dealers, but the difference with Quality Automall Ford is that Dan just worked harder than the others in pricing a car that met our financial comfort zone. As a result we got the best deal and customer service at Quality Automall. Dan was not pushy and was helpful in letting us take our time in deciding if the price was right that met our budget. I suggest everyone do their research on Yelp as well before they even THINK about taking a trip here. Their customer service is horrible and every single person who works there is an idiot. I've have to take my truck there 5 times within an 8 month period to get "fixed". Every time they told me something was wrong, they were WRONG and I had to look under my hood myself to identify the problem. It wasn't until then that my truck got "fixed". Even AFTER THAT, it was still making noises, so I had to take it back (AGAIN) and they admitted to me that they DID IT WRONG THE FIRST TIME so I was without a car for THIRTEEN DAYS with no update whatsoever on the status of my car. I happened to stop by there on day thirteen to see what was taking so long since no one every picks up the phone and suddenly, "hey, your truck is done." Was ANYONE going to tell me?????? Also, they tried to make me pay $500 for a rental while it was getting "fixed" for the FIFTH time for THIRTEEN DAYS. When I tried to dispute this charge, the GENERAL MANAGER (JORDAN) HUNG UP ON ME. This place is a disgrace and Ford will hear about this for sure. They are crooks. Even though it's 2 miles from my house, I would drive 50 miles to avoid going there ever again. More
