Nice, Helpful, Personable, and Professional People Couldn't get my phone contacts synced by my other dealer, and when I stopped by, the salesmen,(I believe his name was John), put all of my contacts in Couldn't get my phone contacts synced by my other dealer, and when I stopped by, the salesmen,(I believe his name was John), put all of my contacts in, within 2 to 3 minutes. He was professional and courteous. Likewise, he directed me to Ed the Sync Guy, and Ed got my music playing with bluetooth, no problem. Carlos and the guys are always helpful with scheduling and explaining, and contacting you about your car. This is the next place I'm buying a car. More

Bad customer service and poor workmanship Had a Recall on my 2013 Escape. It was for a sensor. 4 days later I have electrical problems. They deny its THEIR workmanship and blamed the batte Had a Recall on my 2013 Escape. It was for a sensor. 4 days later I have electrical problems. They deny its THEIR workmanship and blamed the battery. The car is two years old and 41k miles, Alan said that the weather can affect the battery. It's early October and we had the best weather of the year. PS the car is garage kept. OK, so we go to another Ford and get the battery checked. THE BATTERY IS OK, no issues with the battery. We return to Quality, they want to charge for the diagnostic and the repair work. This is xx! They wouldn't even set up an appointment and provide a loaner even if I would agree to pay. The case is strong that they caused the electric issues but they WON'T STAND HONOR THEIR WORKMANSHIP! And niether would FORD COMPANY, I called them and they will not stand by their products! More
