NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I will not give any stars. They should remove the word "Quality" from their logo. In December 2013 I had new brakes installed on my car. 4 brakes, I will not give any stars. They should remove the word "Quality" from their logo. In December 2013 I had new brakes installed on my car. 4 brakes, 4 rotors, 4 pads. That is what Allen told me. In August 2015 I called because I felt there was a problem with my front brake. I asked Allen to fax me a copy of my paperwork and he never did. I called back and spoke to Hans, who did fax the paperwork to me. While reviewing the paperwork I could not find the warrant information. I called and again spoke to Allen who advised me that the warranty was good for 2 years, no mileage limit and that I could bring it to any Ford Dealership for repairs. I called back again to ascertain what time Service opened and Hans advised me 7:00 AM. I arrived at Service and told the tech I wanted my brakes checked. He asked me where I had them done. I was surprised as I told him I had them done in Quality. Apparently, the service door on the right is not part of the Service Dept on the left, where Allen works. I've never experienced this before. I went in and started to explain the situation and another tech, Carlos Santana, came in and said he "would handle this customer personally". At which point I became suspicious. Oh, another thing. On the Service Dept on the left - service hours start at 7:00 A.M. on Saturday. The Service Dept on the right - service hours start at 7:30 A.M. I still can't figure this out. I explained the issue and he took my keys. I saw my car drive pass me and I waited. And I waited. And I waited. I finally saw my car in one of the bays. I waited some more. Meanwhile, other customers were coming in and leaving while I still waited. Finally, I went to the desk and spoke to Allen. He told me to go back to the other Service Dept and speak to Carlos. I was then advised that brake service does not open until 8:00 A.M.! Finally, Carlos came and started with the "DRILL" . Let me show you what's wrong with your brakes, blah blah blah. I don't know anything about cars, but I do know when I am being taking over the coals. This whole scenario, as far as I'm concerned, was all set up before I got there. Allen lied and said he had told me only pads were covered. Also, I only have 22,000 on the brakes. Then, get this. They took me to the "Credit Manager" so he could explain the situation. Seriously? Only this is covered and you have to pay for labor, blah blah blah and it will only cost you $1,000 plus. Are you kidding me! I paid you jerks $1,000 in 2013 do you really think I'm going to pay it again. So all in all, they lie, cheat and steal and I am in the process of having my attorney start suit. More

Awful, Awful, Awful. I was approached by Dan Dindial as soon as I walked in the door. I told him right away what I wanted to spend, and he proceeded to show me vehicles ou I was approached by Dan Dindial as soon as I walked in the door. I told him right away what I wanted to spend, and he proceeded to show me vehicles out of my price range. He made inappropriate comments about the fact that I was a woman, made a comment about the price of my bag and told me that I should "open up my purse" a little more. We made an appointment for a later time that day and when I got there he was helping another customer. He finally approached me and continued to answer the phone while I was trying to have a conversation with him. When I told him that I wanted to shop around a bit more because I could not afford the offer he was giving me, he became angry and said "maybe you're looking at a car that is out of your price range!!" His phone started to ring and he answered it before I could respond.. he then said that the deal was off. When I went to respond, he put his hand up in my face and waved me away. HE DID THIS IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. I won't even get into how rude he was to my mother. The best part about this whole experience is that I immediately went to All American Ford in Paramus where I managed to get an even BETTER deal on the same exact vehicle. (I saved hundreds.) Dan called my cell phone the following day (NOT to apologize, ((shocking)), but to say that he spoke to the owner of Quality and he had a "better" deal for me.) NO THANK YOU. More
