Awful, Awful, Awful. I was approached by Dan Dindial as soon as I walked in the door. I told him right away what I wanted to spend, and he proceeded to show me vehicles ou I was approached by Dan Dindial as soon as I walked in the door. I told him right away what I wanted to spend, and he proceeded to show me vehicles out of my price range. He made inappropriate comments about the fact that I was a woman, made a comment about the price of my bag and told me that I should "open up my purse" a little more. We made an appointment for a later time that day and when I got there he was helping another customer. He finally approached me and continued to answer the phone while I was trying to have a conversation with him. When I told him that I wanted to shop around a bit more because I could not afford the offer he was giving me, he became angry and said "maybe you're looking at a car that is out of your price range!!" His phone started to ring and he answered it before I could respond.. he then said that the deal was off. When I went to respond, he put his hand up in my face and waved me away. HE DID THIS IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. I won't even get into how rude he was to my mother. The best part about this whole experience is that I immediately went to All American Ford in Paramus where I managed to get an even BETTER deal on the same exact vehicle. (I saved hundreds.) Dan called my cell phone the following day (NOT to apologize, ((shocking)), but to say that he spoke to the owner of Quality and he had a "better" deal for me.) NO THANK YOU. More

I'm a new father and nee I recently bought a used GMC Yukon from Dan at Quality Automall. Can't say enough about Dan's patience and professionalism. I'm a new father and needed a larger vehicle to support my growing family. First I emailed Dan for info on the truck, he promptly replied to all my questions. We scheduled a test drive, truck was ready and waiting when I arrived. I inspected this truck up and down, Dan never pressured me and allowed me all the time I needed. I even had my mechanic check some of my concerns, and Quality promptly fixed everything I brought up. Safe to say I will be visiting Dan & Quality Automall in the future! More

The staff was very fast and professional in responding to my initial inquiries about the car. Once at the dealership, the process was seamless from test drive to finalizing paperwork. Our sales representative, Diego, was very professional during the whole process and helped us get the car at the payment terms we were seeking. He was very respectful and patient during negotiations of the payments terms, with no games and no pressure! We drove off the lot with our new Mustang feeling great about the whole experience! The Service Department I have owned many cars in my lifetime. And have avoided service departments like sin. I had a major problem with may car and was forced to go to a dealer. I went to Quality Auto Mall in Rutherford NJ for the repairs. I met with Alan Kologrivov, who assured me that it would be taken care of. IT WAS! The service department took care of everything. Repairs were made within a 48 hour time period, which for what was needed, I thought was fantastic. Also, I was advised that the repairs were under warranty, so it cost me nothing. I was advised along the way of what was going on with my car. Which, any other service department would not be bothered doing. I highly recommend the Quality Auto Mall Service Department for their kindness, professionalism, speed and courtesy in which they handled my situation, making un upsetting time for me very easy. I will go back to them for any work on my car and will consider my next car purchase from them. Also, an honorable mention to Hans, who was kind to me when I called. How car buying experience should be. I was in the market for a new or used explorer and found what I was looking for at Quality. I was trading in my old Nisssan as we needed more room for I was in the market for a new or used explorer and found what I was looking for at Quality. I was trading in my old Nisssan as we needed more room for our baby and dogs. I called and spoke to Diego. I gave him my pride and payment parameters, information on my existing car, etc. asked him to do some homework on vehicles and options that I was looking for. He got back to me quickly and we settled on a vehicle for me to come in and test drive. I test drive the vehicle which was nice and there was a little shimmy in the brakes. I came back to the dealership and spoke to Mike in used car sales. He ran the numbers on my car right there and gave me the payments. "You hand me your keys and I will hand you mine and the payment is X". Left the dealership and after talking to my wife went to Jersey City Ford to compare. I wasted 3 hours of my life there with them playing games with numbers, not being able to tell me the cost of cars, me getting up to leave multiple times only for them to ask me to sit down, etc. Bottom line is they were trying to sell me the exact same car in color I preferred for $6k more. I called Mike back up and went back to Quality for the car. The shimmying issue was addressed and the paperwork process with Mike and Diego was easy. No games, no hidden fees, etc. My payments ended up being $4 less a month than what Mike quoted me the day before. When does that ever happen???? That NEVER happens. Bottom line is if you are looking to be respected and treated fairly this is e place to go. They make the annoying process of buying a car painless. Isn't that how it should be??? More
