The Service Department I have owned many cars in my lifetime. And have avoided service departments like sin. I had a major problem with may car and was forced to go to a dealer. I went to Quality Auto Mall in Rutherford NJ for the repairs. I met with Alan Kologrivov, who assured me that it would be taken care of. IT WAS! The service department took care of everything. Repairs were made within a 48 hour time period, which for what was needed, I thought was fantastic. Also, I was advised that the repairs were under warranty, so it cost me nothing. I was advised along the way of what was going on with my car. Which, any other service department would not be bothered doing. I highly recommend the Quality Auto Mall Service Department for their kindness, professionalism, speed and courtesy in which they handled my situation, making un upsetting time for me very easy. I will go back to them for any work on my car and will consider my next car purchase from them. Also, an honorable mention to Hans, who was kind to me when I called. How car buying experience should be. I was in the market for a new or used explorer and found what I was looking for at Quality. I was trading in my old Nisssan as we needed more room for I was in the market for a new or used explorer and found what I was looking for at Quality. I was trading in my old Nisssan as we needed more room for our baby and dogs. I called and spoke to Diego. I gave him my pride and payment parameters, information on my existing car, etc. asked him to do some homework on vehicles and options that I was looking for. He got back to me quickly and we settled on a vehicle for me to come in and test drive. I test drive the vehicle which was nice and there was a little shimmy in the brakes. I came back to the dealership and spoke to Mike in used car sales. He ran the numbers on my car right there and gave me the payments. "You hand me your keys and I will hand you mine and the payment is X". Left the dealership and after talking to my wife went to Jersey City Ford to compare. I wasted 3 hours of my life there with them playing games with numbers, not being able to tell me the cost of cars, me getting up to leave multiple times only for them to ask me to sit down, etc. Bottom line is they were trying to sell me the exact same car in color I preferred for $6k more. I called Mike back up and went back to Quality for the car. The shimmying issue was addressed and the paperwork process with Mike and Diego was easy. No games, no hidden fees, etc. My payments ended up being $4 less a month than what Mike quoted me the day before. When does that ever happen???? That NEVER happens. Bottom line is if you are looking to be respected and treated fairly this is e place to go. They make the annoying process of buying a car painless. Isn't that how it should be??? More

2 Bad Service Experiences.. Our F-150 was brought in for an oil change and after parked in the driveway there was an oil puddle under the truck. I had the driveway fixed over the holiday and after returning back and removing the truck again, another stain in our brand new paver stone driveway.
