Needed help with warning on car dashboard I made an appointment to have my car checked. I couldn't get my tire warning light to stop showing on the car dashboard. Also wanted to know why my car no longer chimed when I left my lights on at night while exiting car. My service rep and mechanics checked the car out and found nothing wrong, thank goodness! Sandino, showed me how the tire application works and also pointed out to me how the lighting and sound warning system works. The car is in great shape - I'm the one who needs to "do my homework". Thanks Mazda, I love my car and I love the service people at Putnam Mazda! More

Get the sense that all they want is to charge you unnecessary extra charges. One example: engine light on, they diagnosed this to be gastank-related. Solution? Replace gas cap. “Oh that didn’t work? Then we have to take the whole thing apart and keep it until we find out what’s going on.” I took the car to a smaller repair shop. They blew smoke through the system, found a leak, fixed it, no fuss. Here they told me this is standard and all service places do this. Well, apparently for Burlingame Subaru this is not standard. Probably not earning them enough money. Do yourself a favor: Stay away from this place after your prepaid service agreement runs out. More

Parts had to be ordered and the repair would take several days so Mazda gave us a loaner car which was invaluable to us as we have only one car. They did the service below the estimated cost and the car is running better than ever [it has over 200,000 miles on it!] The technician was knowledgable and courteous, as were all the service team. As always, Ramiro was helpful and accommodating. More
Quick & Easy Service personnel was quick in checking my car in for fuel pump software update & oil change. They explained wait time would be 1-2 hours. They offere Service personnel was quick in checking my car in for fuel pump software update & oil change. They explained wait time would be 1-2 hours. They offered a shuttle wevice to take me home but no return service. I wished a loaner would have been offered. I waited a little over an hour in waiting which has fruit & coffee for clients. Car was cleaned. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Sorry but I do not remember names of service attendants. More

Transmission leak I bought my car in for Transmission leak. At 9am. I got out around 4pm. They said it was the Oil pan. It needed to be reseal. I said oi I bought my car in for Transmission leak. At 9am. I got out around 4pm. They said it was the Oil pan. It needed to be reseal. I said oil pan? Not the transmission oil? The guy said. Oh yeh. Your transmission oil pan. Even on my paper work. It states OIL. Pan. Not Transmission oil pan. I5 was a bit confusing. Can you see why.? More

Swindlers I visited this dealership looking to get into a lease as my one from Toyota was ending. The salesmen were very pushy to me on a vehicle that I didn’t even really like. Then they started offering me lease prices as if I was in a BMW dealership. They also kept telling the sales tactics like “I have never seen this car go for so low”. Very strange encounter here. More
