We were met by Craig Tokunaga, who helped us pick out the appropriate car, out of a pretty wide selection. We had some specific needs and some other more general ideas; Craig helped us narrow things down to the right feature / option set, matching both our vehicle needs and our budget. No pressure; no attempt to upsell, while making sure we did know about the full range of available features. The entire process went very quickly and smoothly, and we drove off with the exact car we wanted. More

We did our homework and received quotes via email on the Outback we wanted from dealers all over northern California and Oregon. No one could even come close to Kyle’s price, so we decided to make the trip to Burlingame. After a very long drive (over 300 miles) from the Eureka area, the last thing we wanted was a long, drawn-out purchasing process, or any pressure or pricing surprises. Kyle really seemed to get this, and he had all of our paperwork ready to go the minute we arrived. He and Erik (in the financing department) were very relaxed and friendly, and so efficient that we were on the road in our new Outback after only about 1 1/2 hours at the dealership, and the price was exactly as Kyle had quoted it. It was honestly the most straightforward, relaxed car buying experience we have ever had, and best of all, Kyle is just a genuinely nice, honest guy. I let him know I need to pick up my son from school and if he can get my car done sooner then later. Arian worked his magic and had my car done very quickly. He also provided excellent customer service and explained the services I need for my Mazda and some services I may consider getting at Putnum. Also, I love the waiting room which provides great gourmet coffee and pastries. I am grateful for the excellent service. More
Read your paper work carefully My service person did not let me know that I had a significant oil leak that needed a big repair, When I took my car in for an oil change. He gave me my paper work back and sent me on my way like there were no other issues to talk about & Also told me to call on my our to find out what I needed to do about my driver seat that was also having an problem. He asked me to write the number down and call them. So I did, when I called them I was looking at the paper work and read about the oil leak. I called back to arrange to bring the car back for the oil leak to be fixed I asked him if he was ever going to talk to me about this, he said he was sorry but he didn't read it. & said he will help me KNOW find out what can be done on the seat. I still have not heard back regarding the seat. I will call him to follow up ........... More

Car was done when I was told it would be. It cost what I was told. They wanted to do more work, and when I said, no. They didn't badger me. My only complaint is about the waiting area. The TV was blasting. I don't know if another patron turned it up that loud, and the music was playing at the same time. I was trying to work, so that was annoying. But it has nothing to do with my car, so I still say 5 stars. More
