Amazing service! I thought ive seen it all but for car service this dealership i was surprised to find out how efficient and fast and well trained. They went thru all the mechanical insoection all the codes made sure before they returned the car to me it was really fixed! Now if my car gets the same problem again i think jeep gave me a lemon. Normal service All the work that was done was good. I’m not sure I needed the cabin filter, whatever it is, but I had mine replaced. My issue was with the pickup. I informed them when I dropped the car off, and I had an appointment for which I was on time, I wouidnbe back around 1:15 to pick up the car. My appointment was at 10:30 so one would think that would be ample time to change the oil and rotate the tires. Nope. I had to wait an additional hour at the dealership. Other than that all is good. I didn’t get my window sticker but that’s ok as the notifications come on at exactly 5000 miles. More

Great experience Despite all the complicated requirements as a foreigner, they helped me get the paperwork done. Wasn't able to meet Dan, but it was nice talking to hi Despite all the complicated requirements as a foreigner, they helped me get the paperwork done. Wasn't able to meet Dan, but it was nice talking to him on the mail and reaching a deal. Craig, who took me through the process, a great guy, not only did he try to find most of the answers I had question with, he was able to find relevant driving regulation regarding my status which I was not able to find. Despite the regulation meant I had to spend a lot more time at the dealership, I appreciate how they explained the things to me in a manner that only accurate information gets to me and exercise caution when information is not clear. That said, having important personal documents taken away across buildings was a bit scary for me, I hope there would be a better way of doing it. In between, different people had took different documents from me and it took quite a while to get all of them back. But overall, it was a great experience for me. And I got the car I've been wanting to get for a while. More
