Courteous staff and I'm always in and out quickly. The service person went over every single item on the invoice and was very nice and upbeat. Easy Peasy It was all very easy. Made my service appt for a convenient date and time. Drove right up and Ramiro was ready to take my Mazda. He was clear on wh It was all very easy. Made my service appt for a convenient date and time. Drove right up and Ramiro was ready to take my Mazda. He was clear on what was going to take place and how long it would take. My car was ready as expected. Once again, Ramiro was clear as to what took place and advised on how my brakes and tires were holding up. A bit of construction going on at the dealership, so Ramiro walked me out to my car to make sure I didn't get lost. All very professional. Much appreciated. More

This was not repair but planned 6,000 miles service with oil/filter replacement and others as required by schedule. Due to this reason I can't estimate the technical quality of work performed but only the level of customer service that was excellent.. More

Friendly and informative Had to bring the car in for a calibration after a windshield replacement. Ethan made a point of keeping me up to date as to expected completion time. Had to bring the car in for a calibration after a windshield replacement. Ethan made a point of keeping me up to date as to expected completion time. It took longer than expected but at least the lobby is comfortable and I could enjoy the latte and danish. Will return for next scheduled maintenance and am looking forward to a new service department in the future. More
