Amazing as always I know that dealerships get thought of as scam artists but really, I’ve never had anything but amazing experiences at Putnam. The service writers are I know that dealerships get thought of as scam artists but really, I’ve never had anything but amazing experiences at Putnam. The service writers are honest and don’t try and sell you stuff you don’t need. They’re honest about how long you can wait to do your repairs if you can’t afford them at the time they’re recommended. After 8 years, Putnam has kept my car running smooth! More

On my way there he called me to clarify some information that he gave me and understood if I didn't want to come in to test out the car with new information provided. I appreciated this as some dealers would not have done that. I went in anyway. During the test drive he again gave me details about the Leaf and his personal experience which then i already made up my mind to purchase the vehicle. The price negotiation was straight forward. Couldn't agree with the pricing so I initially left but came back to purchase the vehicle 1) because of the service I received from James was excellent. 2.) no pressure in buying 3.) fair pricing for the vehicle. He was thorough and clearly explained all aspects of the buying process (from car features to financing), and was patient when I wanted to spend extra time on certain talking points. I got a great deal on the car, and was impressed by the dealership's clean atmosphere, efficiency, and the friendliness not only from my salesperson, but also the finance department and the person who reviewed the car setup process with me (pairing my phone via bluetooth, setting up homelink, etc). I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
