Also was very surprised no products thrown in like many dealerships used to do. Been a while since I purchased a car and always got some sort of promo product. In order to get a $50 gas card you have to go back to the dealership in person within 10 days. Lose a point for that - should have given it upon the pick up of the car. More

Service Dept is just mediocre. the service department at Putnam Chrysler is overall mediocre. The diagnostic pricing is over inflated. Private mechanics charge nothing near your pricing to assess a situation. Service staff is mediocre with the exception of 2 staff. Your "courtesy" driver doesn't speak English and is unable to follow directions. He seemed genuinely annoyed that he had to give me a ride to my home in Burlingame. More

Miguel was the associate that helped me and he was nothing but professional and friendly, he really made me feel like I was in good hands. Buying your first new car in your 20’s can be nerve racking but Miguel (and Al!) really made the process easy. I would highly recommend Putnam Subaru for anyone in the market for a new car. More
