They seem to be alert to what the customer wants and they carry out the services in a very reasonable time. The waiting room is very inviting and offers nice amenities. My car runs perfectly and I attribute it to the care I received from Proctor's Service Department. It is such a pleasure to deal with people like Jason and Abel!!! More
I have a 2011 Subaru Outback that I really love to drive. A few of weeks ago I had gone out in the late afternoon to do a little shopping. When I got back to my car it would not start. While I was waiting, my husband called to Proctor Subaru and Jason in the service department advised him that if I could get it there before they closed they would be there to help. Roadside assistance (Pop a Lock) arrived and got my car started. I was then on my way to Proctor Subaru. When I arrived there, Jason and the service department were there and ready to help. Within 15-20 minutes I had a new battery (under warranty) and I was back on the road in my Outback. I could not have asked for more responsive and courteous service. They all deserve this positive feedback especially Jason. More
I had a great car buying experience in May 2013. Ron was extremely helpful and he explained every aspect of my car to me. I’m a recent move to the area, coming from South Florida. I went in to have an oil change on my 08 WRX. Came in expecting about an hour and a half to two hours of wait (typical at a dealer for me in South Fl I went in to have an oil change on my 08 WRX. Came in expecting about an hour and a half to two hours of wait (typical at a dealer for me in South Florida). I waited in their very comfortable and CLEAN waiting area, drank some coffee, watched some news on their TV, and before I knew it Jason was coming in to let me know my car was ready in just under an hour. I had just taken my car through a series of rough road trips and it was filthy. I was planning a trip to the car wash next. But I was surprised to find that not only did they inspect the rest of the car while doing the oil change (passed with flying colors), they washed it for me to! I almost didn't recognize it. Fast, friendly, and going the extra mile. That’s service at a dealer, finally! More
I was in on a Saturday, and I received excellent service because my nearly new Proctor-purchased vehicle needed an "order" item, which, naturally, could not be ordered until Monday. Our family was making a trip to the beach last weekend for a combined outing/birthday celebration. My younger son, who has my prior Outback (I recently purchased a new one from Proctor, which I love as m for a combined outing/birthday celebration. He happened to drop by our house the day we were leaving and in riding in his car I noticed a distinct hum from the rear of the car. Since I didn't want to have him driving late at night on the back roads of Florida in a vehicle with a potential mechanical problem, I suggested he drop by Proctor immediately to see if it could be checked out. Jason Graver of your service department had the vehicle checked out and a problem was identified with the rear hub (as I had expected). The car was serviced immediately that afternoon and Nic (my son) made the trip safely. I have to commend you excellent service given, especially since he was basically a drop-in customer. This is typical of the service i have received previously and the kind of service I have come to expect and is one of the reasons why I have become a faithful Proctor Subaru customer. I submitted an online request for assistance and was promptly contatced by Jessica Harris, of the Internet Sales Department. Upon my arrival, she asked me what type of vehicle and options I was looking for and showed me everything that was available and met my requirements. She was not pushy in any way and very understanding of my needs. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for in stock that day. Jessica continued to communicate with me via email and let me know as vehicles came up that met my criteria. Finally, they got in the exact car that I was looking for. We had a pleasant negotiation and I received a far price for my trade in. Jessica Harris made my car buying experience great. I highly recommend her and the Proctor Subabu dealer in Tallahassee if your looking for a great deal and great customer service. More
