Since I am in school full time and I don't have another car, the dealership loaned me a beautiful new car to use while my car was being serviced. They called me immediately to let me know what problems they had found and offered me a solution. I was happy with the repairs done on my car. When I picked it up, they had washed and vacuumed out the inside. What a treat. I would highly recommend Proctor Subaru Service Center to anybody I know. I will be coming back to them next time I need my vehicle serviced. -Ruth More
Unusual purchase made I live in Jacksonville, and was looking at Subaru Outbacks in the local area. I was unable to find one in the model I wanted (eyesight, etc.) and in I live in Jacksonville, and was looking at Subaru Outbacks in the local area. I was unable to find one in the model I wanted (eyesight, etc.) and in a color I preferred. I did an internet search for the vehicle in the area, and also within a 250 mile radius of Jacksonville. I found one in stock at Proctor Subaru in Tallahassee, and made an online inquiry about the vehicle. Over the next several weeks, I negotiated a deal with Jessica through emails. I even worked out a trade-in deal by sending pictures of the car inside and out and providing details on condition, miles, etc. She responded to every question I had, and worked very hard to meet my needs. It was a most unique experience, and quite rewarding. After we arrived at an agreement on price, I attempted to buy the same vehicle at a local dealer. Proctor's offer was much better than I could possibly get here locally in Jacksonville. I decided to drive to Tallahassee and purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, Jessica had done all the paperwork ahead of time, and the car was ready to be driven away. Within an hour or so, we completed the purchase and were on our way home. I don't think I could ever have done this deal with anyone other than Jessica. I recommend her to anyone interested in a new Subaru. More
Best car deal so far in my life! I was looking in to buy a new SUV and finally was down between a KIA Sportage and a Subaru CrossTrek. By consumers magazine and the great writing they I was looking in to buy a new SUV and finally was down between a KIA Sportage and a Subaru CrossTrek. By consumers magazine and the great writing they had about the Subaru I contacted Subaru here in Tallahassee via e-mail. I immediately got a nice respond from Jessica and called her up and made an appointment to check a CrossTrek out on a Saturday morning. I was very well welcomed by all sales person and Jessica had a few cars already lined up to test drive. It was such a pleasant experience to for the first time, buying a car without no pressure from the sales person, Jessica! I felt like I was out driving with a good friend and she explained every detail about each car very easy and understandable, I was very impressed! When I made up my mind for my XV Crosstrek, it only took maybe 15 minutes and I got a written offer on my old car, with the new car price including extras I wanted so I easy could see what I would pay! Never been so easy anytime before! So it was a deal and I drove home VERY happy in my new CrossTrek! I must say I love this car, the safety it has but I also loved the way Jessica and the Subaru team made me feel!!! I have had my car in for service (the regular oil changes etc) and there Subaru scores again with the great, fast service they give you! And always with a smile on their faces! I guess Proctor was and is a family business from the start in early 1900 and you can tell that all their employees love to work there and they for sure treat you as a part of the Subaru family! I still wanted to check out a Honda and Nissan product, just for comparison. Jessica Harris assisted me on the lot looking for what I wanted in this car. She located the exact color and trim I was looking for, and we took it for a test drive. She pointed out every feature on the drive, even the engine features afterward. A marvelous vehicle the other two models on my list could not hold a candle to. Thanks to Jessica for helping me make up my mind. She is very knowledgeable about her Subaru's. Love the car and dealership. More

I must admit I was quite reluctant about purchasing any new car as I was quite attached to my mini-van I had for years. After talking to Frank and Jessica, we decided on the Subaru Outback because of the great mileage and safety rating. Our daughter had recently moved to Baltimore and we knew we would need something reliable with good mileage to drive on those long trips. We really liked the leather interior vs the cloth and the only one they had on the lot was in the showroom. By the time the finance manager had our paperwork done, they had already taken the Outback out of the showroom and had it detailed for us to drive home. We were there past closing time and NONE of the employees made us feel rushed or that they were inconvenienced to stay late. I came back the next day (Saturday) to drop off additional paperwork and keys and Jessica helped me set up my blue tooth. Before my daughter moved, she invested in a Subaru Impreza from Proctor Subaru and absolutely LOVES it! After moving to Baltimore, her fiance also invested in a Subaru - but a Forester. He loves it and I love that it is a very safe and reliable vehicle that they can count on having for years to come. FANTASTIC vehicles and great customer service with everyone at Proctor Subaru - especially Jessica & Frank! More

Had a good test drive and made my decision. I was ordering a car for delivery in August and she took care of the complete process. Since I took delivery she has continued to follow up on any questions and periodic maintenance reminders. 100% satisfied with the car and the service. More
We had problems opening the rear hatch of our new Forester. Blane researched the problem and found a service bulletin. The mechanic who actually did the work was also very gracious and when I had a problem with the driver's window not operating in automatic, he immediately took the car back and corrected the malfunction. Overall the experience was great, including the snacks and coffee provided. More

Two separate police officers told us that the car saver our lives. I immediately purchased a second Outback. From Abel and Jessica who sold me the cars, to the service department, everything about Proctor's Subaru has been of the highest quality. You just won't meet better people than those at Proctors. Super service. Length of wait for completion of service was exactly as advised ... very comfortable wait with nice coffee bar including assorted breakfast/snack items.
