The Service Manager said come right on over, and had me in and out in a flash. Waiting in the lounge, we had free healthy snacks and drinks, then were back on the road. I can bring it in for minor service, without an appointment, and enjoy great snacks and get some work done in the waiting area. Recently, I requested that the inside of my car get as much attention as the outside when it is washed - and they listened to me! At my last visit, my Outback was spotless! Very fast, friendly service I visited Proctor Subaru for the first regular service appointment on our new Crosstrek. I walked in without an appointment, and they had my oil changed and my car washed and vacuumed within 30 minutes. The service was fantastic and fast. Everybody was very friendly, and the salesman who sold us the vehicle, Frank, came by to let us know that he was available if we had any questions or concerns. More
Proctor is Awesome! My perfect Forester was hit by a driver who wasn't paying attention. I had to take it to a service dealer that the driver's insurance authorized in order to get a guarantee on the repairs for life. The collision center that got my car was horrible---at everything. They even broke a few things in my car that weren't initially a problem. Just before I got my car back (they had already told me it would be ready that afternoon) they discovered all these lights on the dashboard going on and they couldn't figure out the problem (of course). They FINALLY agreed to take it to Proctor Subaru to be fixed. Tony, one of the supervisors in the Service Department, called me when my car arrived. He consistently communicated to me about my car. He and his guys found ADDITIONAL things that had been missed or made worse by the first collision center. Tony promptly had them fixed and notified me that my car was ready. After a LONG and stressful situation with the first place, Proctor Subaru took care of my Forester. I felt confident in their work and my car is working like it was before the accident. As always, I am very happy with the Proctor dealerships. Their service and commitment to their customers is unmatched by ANY other place that I have ever taken a vehicle. I LOVE PROCTOR SUBARU! More

He looked up the value of my car and offered me a trade in price. He was very nice to talk to on the phone and I look forward to bringing in my car to see if I can trade it in for a newer car.
