Prompt courteous service and quality results! I bought my car in 2014 from Proctor Subaru and have come in for standard maintenance and random questions and left happy every time. This is a good thing because I asked for an idea of the length of time it would take to work on my vehicle and was quoted about one hour. I brought my car in at 9am (with an appointment) for an oil change and inspection. We were still waiting three hours later and were frequently informed it would only be a "few more minutes." I had to bring my car back two days later because a patch in my tire didn't take which was pretty dangerous because I'm on the road constantly. I was told to bring it in first thing in the morning and it would be quick to re-repair. Saturday is my only day off and I live an hour away but I was there at 8am and still waited another hour and a half to fix something that should have been done two days ago. The staff is great but it really was frustrating to have to bring the car back after almost 3.5 hours and spend another 1.5 hours waiting. More

Awesome car-buying experience for me I enjoyed spending time at Proctor Subaru, and had such a hard time deciding between the Outback and the Forester. Frank Johnson (sales) spent time wi I enjoyed spending time at Proctor Subaru, and had such a hard time deciding between the Outback and the Forester. Frank Johnson (sales) spent time with me, and didn't seem to mind me crawling in the cargo hold of showroom vehicles. So amiable, not in any hurry, no pressure.. and I've never enjoyed a test drive more. --- when I finally decided on the model, we came to an agreement easily, as he worked quickly to bring the 2015 Forester within my budget. I've never felt better about a purchase, and it was easier than a trip to the grocery store. I should also point out that Ron Modzelewski, Business Manager, was adept in explaining warranty options, and the paperwork for signature. Billy Swindell in Service was extremely efficient, and I look forward to seeing him for regular maintenance. Thank you Proctor Subaru! I LOVE my new car! More

Fantastic Service I purchased my new Subaru in another state and moved shortly afterward. Proctor of Tallahassee is the closest Subaru dealer to where I now work.
