Best Service Center We just purchased our 3rd Subaru Outback from Proctor Subaru and decided to add the rear cargo net to this one also. This is a 2016 and there have bee We just purchased our 3rd Subaru Outback from Proctor Subaru and decided to add the rear cargo net to this one also. This is a 2016 and there have been plenty of changes, lots to learn. We discovered that the installation on the cargo net required some "drilling" of holes into our new car! We readily decided this was not something we wanted to attempt. Called the service center, made an appointment for that afternoon. We were in and out on no time. More

Breakdown at the gym....bad battery? I was disappointed that my one-year-old Outback left me stranded at the gym. However, after calling Parkway Wrecker to jump-start my car, I drove it I was disappointed that my one-year-old Outback left me stranded at the gym. However, after calling Parkway Wrecker to jump-start my car, I drove it that night to Proctor and left it, calling Tony the next AM to tell him the story. Tony got the car back to me that day, washed, vacuumed and with a new battery...no charge. Hopefully that will be the end of the new car breakdown saga.....and hopefully Proctor will reimburse me for the emergency road service fee. More
