The dealer was honest and responsive. It is a new dealership and is off on the right foot. They did not play gamers with us. Thr salesman did not keep disappearing to consult with the manager. They did not try to turn us over to multiple salesmen. They gave us a bottom line price and did not try to smuggle extra costs in at closing. I think they might have even eaten a small charge they forgot to include. Our one disappointment was the $500 dollar offer on a basic Toyota Corolla trade-in with a bluebook value of nearly six times that. We are selling the car ourselves. This was just an incompetent evaluation. More
