Abel & Mark were very helpful in tending to my needs and when I saw the Sage Green, Limited model I said to myself that is the one I want. Plus, Abel was gracious enough to give me a Subaru hat when I requested one at no cost to me, (he actually bought it). Great customer service, great dealership! More
My husband and I actually came in to buy a used Outback that we looked at online. After test driving that car and a new 2010 Outback we decided on the new 2010 model. I bought a new 2010 Subaru Impreza, and it was my first car purchase. As a relatively naive 22 year old never having stepped on the lot of a dealer, I did some thorough research regarding what to expect with car salespeople and how to approach the negotiating process (Edmunds.com), and of course I expected the worst. However, from the very first encounter I had with Proctor (via email with Abel Correa), I was pleasantly met respectfulness, honesty, and an absolute lack of pushiness. A great price was given to me right up front, which completely eliminated any motivation (or need) to haggle. I wanted a different color than was available on the lot, and this was taken care of promptly and with only minimal increase in price. I've heard at many places when you want a car not on the lot, the "good deal" is thrown out the window--and in fact, when I spoke with other dealers, this was the case. Not here! Within 72 hours they had the car I wanted on the lot and we were ready to go. Financing was a breeze, thanks to Mark Poole's hard work...a quick analysis of the extended warranties led me to reject one that I didn't think would bring me benefit, but just like Abel, Mark was extremely up-front about the whole process and seemed to really want me to get the deal I needed and no more. Delivery of the vehicle was perfect... I was introduced to the Service Manager, Jim Lutz, who again was kind, helpful, and professional. I am really looking forward to a long relationship with Proctor Subaru....and have my whole family talking about wanting to buy a new Subaru now that they've seen mine and heard about my experience! Now...I just have to learn how to drive it (bought a manual). Abel, if you're reading this, I can start on a hill now! More
Absolutely amazing experience!!! I am 28 years old and have resisted going to a dealership to look at cars based on a bad experience from when I was 21. The first time (which obviously was not at this dealership) I felt like the sales persons only job was to get me in a car whether I wanted it or not, whether I could afford it or not. At Proctor Subaru my day started with an almost immediate response via email from Abel Correa about a car that I was interested in which was then followed up with a phone call. Not pushy, not trying to sell me anything just plain and simple customer service. I live about 250 miles away from their dealership and had no problem whatsoever making that trip to do business with these guys. On arrival was welcomed in and offered something to drink after a long drive. I still cannot say this enough, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Took the car for a test drive while Abel answered 100% of my questions about the car and was up front enough to tell me if he did not know or was not completely sure about an answer. Then comes the scary part, talking numbers. To my amazement right of the bat they gave me a good price on the car coupled with a nice trade-in value on my old car. Financing went much smoother then I could have ever hoped for compared to past situations. Mark the sales manager explained in detail the small print on everything I was about to sign including getting me into a worthwhile extended coverage plan. He did not try to push for anything more then what I wanted or what I needed. By the way due to me forgetting about the difference in time zones all the guys ended up staying for almost an hour after closing to get me all setup. Great job all around. Last but not least I forgot that I had left a book of CD's in my old car which did not dawn on my for at least an hour after starting the long trip home. Called Abel on his cell phone and explained the situation, "No problem" he says "I'll just mail them to you so you don't have to make the trip twice". Excellent customer service, beautiful car, wallet not completely empty and they even recommended an amazing Mexican Restaurant for dinner. More
My experience with Abel Correa and the rest of the gang at Proctor Subaru was nothing less than fantastic! I traded in a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado for a 2010 Dodge Journey and had the deal all but done via at Proctor Subaru was nothing less than fantastic! I traded in a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado for a 2010 Dodge Journey and had the deal all but done via email before I ever left for Tallahassee. We had a mix up when we realized we didn't bring any checks with us and could not reach our finance company (we already had financing) when we were ready to complete the transaction. The group at Proctor helped to keep my wife calm and ran us through some of their finance companies and got us a very competitive rate locally! When you deal with Proctor Subaru, you are not treated like a customer...you are treated like a friend. My wife and I have traded vehicles on average about every two years. We have always purchased from a different dealership each time. That stops now! Any future vehicle purchases by us will be made from Proctor Subaru. The best thing i can tell potental buyers is this...If you don't at least give the folks at Proctor a chance before you decide where to purchase, you are making a huge mistake! More
I came in hoping to trade in my Jeep for a new lease. My salesman said if I found the car I liked, I would get the price I was looking for. This is my second car from Proctor. I've always liked the sales, service, professionalism while still having a family style feeling. I did so this time, with no pressure from the sales staff, and they were great in explaining the various options so I could select the best option to fit my needs. More

From the second we got out of our car, Frank Johnson and the team of professional, courteous and extremely helpful sales people made every effort to make our car buying experience a good one. I will buy another car at Proctor Subaru, but not at least for another 100,000 miles. More
