Great service After changing the timing belt as part of scheduled maintenance for my 2009 Forester, a tension bolt sheared, ruining my engine. The service consulta After changing the timing belt as part of scheduled maintenance for my 2009 Forester, a tension bolt sheared, ruining my engine. The service consultant, Billy Swindell, offered to rebuild my engine without my asking and without charge. Also to pay for a rental car. The work was performed promptly. The mechanic who did the original maintenance was consequently scheduled for additional certified Subaru training. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of this unfortunate incident. I give high marks to Proctor Subaru for its ethics and the management of its personnel. Andy Clewell More
