Top of the rock in every way! We moved to the Gulf Coast from New Hampshire in 2008 with a 12-year-old Subaru Legacy wagon which finally gave up the ghost in 2011. We started leasing a Subaru Outback that year from Proctor. We have continued to do so. We have been treated more than fairly both in our dealings with the lease and service. We cannot recommend Proctor Subaru more highly. More

Fantastic Friendly Service!! I was due for my 18k service appointment including oil change on my Forester. Life got in the way and I wasn't able to schedule it prior to a 1,500 mi I was due for my 18k service appointment including oil change on my Forester. Life got in the way and I wasn't able to schedule it prior to a 1,500 mile road trip I had planned. I called the day prior to leaving in a panic and asked if there was anyway they could work me in so I could get these services done prior to my big trip. Billy was so kind and accommodating. He said sure, he would work something out though it may take several hours. I got there and they got my services performed in an hour. Incredible. And so friendly and happy to help. A pleasant experience all around :) More

He was helpful and took care of things immediately once I got there. The service guys solved the issue in less than two hours. The tire needed to be replaced. Excellent service! More
