All the service representatives, as well as the technicians are friendly, greet you every visit, often by name once they get to know you, and treat you like family, not like just another customer. On top of that, if you are waiting for your service, there's delicious coffee, soft drinks and snacks (many of which are healthful). Factory Recall / Service I had a factory recall on the passenger air bag for my Subaru. The recall that has hit thousands of Honda as well as Subaru. While bring it in for I had a factory recall on the passenger air bag for my Subaru. The recall that has hit thousands of Honda as well as Subaru. While bring it in for the recall, I also had them do a minor service. Since the passenger air bag recall was going to require accessing the cabin air filter, they told me they could change it out just fo rhte filter cost, no labor cost involved. Save me about an hour of labor charge. Rather than have a hsuttle service, they gave me a loaner car, which worked out really well because I could get to work quickly and return at my convenience rather than wait for a return shuttle. Everyone was very friendly and everything was done to my satisfaction. Plius I f got the normal car wash and cabin vacuum that comes up with their service. Have utilized them for servicing for Subaru for the last6 years and have had no problems or complaints. More
