The BEST! This is our 3rd Lexus, and the 2nd one purchased with the help of Mohamad Mayassi. Mo is one the most wonderful, and easy to deal with people. He is NOT a salesman, he is someone that will help you find THE BEST automobile for YOU! He was extremely patient (I think it took us a couple of weeks to make our final decision!). There was never any pressure from him, or sense of urgency. It was always "when ever you are ready". We test drove every other comparable car on the peninsula, and a few different Lexus models. Mo listened to my issues with the different cars, and was extremely informative - He KNOWS his stuff! Tony Rutherford was also wonderful to deal with! He made the final step easy and quick. Again, very good at what he does! Thank you both Mo and Tony! I know I will always end up coming home to LEXUS! More

Excellent experience in all respects. We went to the dealership to look at a specific Avalon found on line. There we a couple of things we weren't satisfied with based on a test drive and We went to the dealership to look at a specific Avalon found on line. There we a couple of things we weren't satisfied with based on a test drive and Patrick immediately took steps to see if they could be corrected to our satisfaction. With no pressure at all, he asked if we wanted to look at other options while we waited so we looked at a couple of Lexus ES 350s. Patrick was very knowledgable, accommodating, and not pushy at all. In the end we bought a Lexus. His followup actions have been thorough and expeditious. Likewise, Tony Rutherford was easy going and amiable and made the financial paperwork side of the experience as tolerable as possible. I do not like the normal process of buying a car but was very impressed with our experience at Charles Barker Lexus Newport News. More
