All of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Our car salesman, Mohamad Mayassi, was very service oriented and didn't try to pressure us at all. He is very people oriented and listens to what your issued are. Tony, the finance manager explained all of our options but said none of them were a good match for our situation. He then suggested that we consider leasing the next time we are in the market for another Lexus. Kevin the technology specialist explained all of the new technology that was different from our 2009 LS460 and programed our cell phones to work with the Lexus Bluetooth. He also helped us program our garage door opener to work with the LS460's buttons. So, if you are in the neighborhood looking to buy a new or used Lexus, don't hesitate to shop at Charles Barker Lexus. You won't be sorry. More

If you hate going to buy a new or used car, if you hate the haggling, if you hate being pressured, etc.; this is the place to go! Tim, our car salesman, is prompt, courteous, professional, informative and educative. It is obvious he and the entire staff care about their customers. They accommodate you, they work with you, and they realize this is more important than the business side of car selling. That's not to say they're not a well-run business just that they have the priorities in place to take care of their customers first and foremost. Tony, our finance manager, explained the Lexus financial, extended warranty and extended service plans available to us and their costs. We carefully reviewed all the extra products and declined. We had our own financing through our credit union. Tony did not try to pressure us into buying anything. Kevin, our technology specialist, taught us how to personalize the numerous electronic settings (navigation, climate, door locks, lights, etc.) that came with our navigation system. It is simply amazing all the things the system can do to include playing a DVD movie! The dealership is clean and beautifully decorated with many very interesting and unique items displayed throughout. They also use the latest state-of-art equipment and procedures in the service department. We bought a new 2015 Lexus RX450h. Bottom line - our car buying experience was actually fun! We ride with Charles! More

Due to the great experience I had with them before, I purchased another vehicle from CB Lexus in July 2014. The salesman was fairly new but still handled everything with true professionalism. I recently ran into the salesman about a week ago and he still remembered me despite it being a year later. He even remembered the exact car I traded in. Talk about the comfort of familiarity. I truly have nothing but good things to say about the folks and culture of exemplified over at the Charles Barker NNews Lexus dealership. I honestly believe that the 2 purchases I made at that dealership made me a Lexus customer for life. If I ever move to a different location I can only hope that the other Lexus dealerships follow suit. More

Feel like he would turn Lexus upside down to find what we want and give us a straight offer. Tony finishes the sale with a degree of no-gimmick/professional approach that was appreciated and refreshing. Kevin adds the post-sale instruction with a friendly and effective manner. Add all this to the kind of service treatment ("They always make me feel like a queen." says my wife) we get we get from Lilly and its no wonder we are repeat customers.
